Katherine’s offers the charm and service that discerning patrons have come to expect, featuring 21-day dry aged Prime Beef from Stockyards in Chicago.

Following the tradition of fine dining restaurants, featuring steaks & chops, Italian specialties veal piccata, cioppino, and chicken marsala. Seafood delicacies - Grilled Pacific Salmon, Lobster, Alaskan King Crab Legs, and our Stone Crab is flown in fresh daily from the Florida Keys during Season beginning mid-October through May.

Enjoy Katherine’s tableside presentations of spinach salad, banana foster, cherries jubilee and café diablo.

Compliment your entrée with our great, yet very reasonable priced wine list. Katherine's is open 7 days a week, dinner service available from 4:00pm - 9:00 pm. Reservations are recommended, so make yours today for a fine dining experience your palate will never forget.

Both fish dishes were undercooked to the point where they could have benefitted from a re-flame, but our guests chose to not inform the server of this. Otherwise, everything was good!

Always delicious and enjoyable. Great attention from the wait staff and very delicious food! We always make a reservation there when we stay in Mesquites Casa Blanca hotel.

One of the things that I particularly enjoyed before was the wonderful French bread. Replacing it with white bread is a step down. The hors d’oeuvres were not as good as before too.. If Katherine’s management plans on reducing quality, perhaps they should lower prices to be in line with the quality they are putting out. The quality of the food was excellent. Kudos to the Chef!!

Carlos was outstanding as always!! He made our experience wonderful! Also, Josh made sure we always had water and plenty of bread and was super personable!! Carlos made our bananas Foster perfect as always

As always, Katherine’s never disappoints. Our server, Carlos and his assistant were wonderful. They made my birthday dinner very enjoyable. Thank you.

Our 2nd time dining and it was as wonderful as the first time! Lemon drops are tart and sweet. Escargot is perfectly balanced butter and garlic and served on mushroom caps. My husband had a perfectly done steak with a fresh, tasty lobster tail. I had king crab legs which were cut in a circle so the meat pulled right out and the circle formed a “handle” eliminating any “drops” on the front of my shirt. The crab was exceptional, sweet and crisp. We indulged in the bananas foster made table side. Everyone was friendly, efficient and made us comfortable. Sam, and his partners took great care of us. We’ve frequently dined at a few, well known steakhouses in Las Vegas and we would consider Katherine’s to be more enjoyable and a better value.
