In collaboration with Executive Chef Jack Strong and JORY’s culinary team, Chef Olenka will take guests on a mouthwatering journey into the heart of Peru’s culinary culture. View the menu at www.theallison.com. Vegetarian and gluten-free adjustments can be made to the menu with advance notice; please indicate in the notes section of your reservation if you require either dietary accommodation. This event will take place in our Coppergold Ballroom event space. You may also note in your reservation if you wish to sit next to another party. Our waiter, Bailey, was very attentive to our needs. He knew the menu and had phenomenal suggestions. The wait staff brought our food and beverages in a timely fashion, and never let our drink glasses go empty. This was mine and my wife's first time eating here and we were absolutely blown away! Thank you guys for such a wonderful experience.

Back after 10 years. What a lovely place. Only 39 minutes from Portland metro area. I’ll be back sooner. Excellent service and the food quality and preparation are excellent all around. Bravo Team Jory.

Made reservations way in advance to be given only table no view. Asked to switch they said no then seated someone at the table next to us 10 min later? Drinks took 1/2 hour. Food took over 45 minutes after appetizers and they forgot one part sent that out 10 minutes later. 40 minutes after food was done we flagged down the waiter. Really. 2.5 hours. With most of it sitting and waiting. Not crowded no excuses
