Jonah’s Seafood House specializes in fresh seafood with a diverse mix of steak, chicken, and sandwich options. The menu is printed everyday to keep pace with seafood seasons and offers a wide variety of choices. Children’s menu, too! The house specialties change with the menu. The Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna is a Jonah’s Classic.

The 2601 Oyster Bar is a casual, seat-yourself atmosphere set in a world class oyster bar. The menu is an exciting mixture of oyster bar selections from around the nation. New York, San Francisco, New Orleans, Tampa and Miami are all represented. The house specialty is a wide offering of flat breads and the signature Cuban sandwich.

Jonah’s "Down Under" Banquet Bar & Grill is a banquet facility with capacity from 20-300. Jonah's offers river level views and the cook-to-order style will make your next function the talk of the town!

We had booked a table for 6:15 pm, the table was not ready until nearly 15 minutes later and then no one came to the table for another 25 minutes, which was very disappointing as we had deliberately booked early due to an early start the following morning. Once we had managed to attract wait staff attention, the speed of service improved and the food was excellent. However, the delays at the beginning of the meal did spoil the experience.

Service and appetizers were great, but the fish and chips were like frozen fish sticks. Our order came with bbq sauce because the kitchen could not tell whether the product were chicken or fish. The rest of the food was just ok, nothing really special.

Hi, Jorge! I think what you're referring to is the presentation of the Fish and Chips. We've decided to present it in the more traditional English pub-style meaning that the panko-breaded Norwegian cod is not in a single filet, but in smaller breaded pieces. Those pieces can look very similar to a breaded chicken tender! It sounds like the person making the final check on the food before it was served (my brother) mixed them up and sent out the wrong sauce. I'm sure it was an honest mistake, but I'll be sure to grill him to make sure that kind of thing doesn't happen again. As to the rest of the food being nothing special - I wish I could show you all of the hard work and care that goes into everything, even those hand-breaded Fish and Chips. I think it's all very special! Cheers!

The crab cake was one of the best in the Midwest. The scallops risotto was very tasty. The fish and chips were very good.

First time dining at Jonah’s and so glad we did. We were in town for the day and heard that Jonah’s was the best. It was great. Service was excellent and the food was perfection. I had scallops and risotto- yum!!

We were there for our 39th Anniversary. They had called a few days ahead and asked about putting our names on the menu which was fantastic. We were greeted and seated right away. We each chose our own appetizer, she has the Crab Rangoon and I chose the SPINACH & FIRE ROASTED ARTICHOKE DIP. Both of these dishes were great. For our main course she had the Deep Fried Shrimp and I chose the Blackened Grouper. While they were good dishes we both felt a little disappointed for different reasons. She was expecting a hand breaded shrimp and it did not seem like that’s what they serve there. The fish to me seemed on the smaller size for the price. Our server did not keep up in our drinks at all. We had empty glasses most of our meal and she never cleared dishes from the table until she had no choice but to do so. Then she asked if we wanted dessert and we said no. But after she settled our bill she came back and said she forgot as an Anniversary dinner we got a free slice of chocolate cake. We took the cake to go and had it at home. The cake was really delicious. We still believe we will give it a try again in the future.

Hello! Thank you for the feedback. It sounds like there are a few things that we may have dropped the ball on during your anniversary dinner. Some insight I can offer - I watch them hand-bread the shrimp to order, so I can guarantee that you received hand-breaded shrimp. All of our fish is hand-cut in house to a specific portion size governed by the ounce. Because of the shape of the fish, some pieces are visually distinct (tail pieces often look massive!), but each piece is within a controlled weight. I'm glad you enjoyed the flavors in general, even if the experience overall wasn't what you were looking for. I will pass along your feedback and try and prepare our team better for future visits!

Sól did an amazing job of serving our party and we had a terrific meal! He was super attentive to the food allergies two persons in our party had. Our food was fabulous! We were thrilled our two gluten free/dairy free birthdays were able to have terrific flourless chocolate cake with vegan whipping cream. Our other members of our party enjoyed Jonah’s regular decadent chocolate cake. Thank you, Jonah’s for the great meal and especially for the delicious birthday treats! Sol, good luck with college and becoming an architect!
