Jonah’s Seafood House specializes in fresh seafood with a diverse mix of steak, chicken, and sandwich options. The 2601 Oyster Bar is a casual, seat-yourself atmosphere set in a world class oyster bar. The menu is an exciting mixture of oyster bar selections from around the nation. New York, San Francisco, New Orleans, Tampa and Miami are all represented. The house specialty is a wide offering of flat breads and the signature Cuban sandwich.

Jonah’s "Down Under" Banquet Bar & Grill is a banquet facility with capacity from 20-300. Jonah's offers river level views and the cook-to-order style will make your next function the talk of the town!

I let them know that I would be proposing to my girlfriend and would like a table with a view of the water. They not only kept a table open for us but they also provided a delicious dessert as a congratulations to us. The service was remarkable. The waitresses attitude was phenomenal and the food was excellent! Thank you to Jonah’s for making this a memorable event!!

First off no sweet tea. The tuna was good, but overpriced as far as I’m concerned. Oysters were OK kind of bland. The steak was good. Just not what I was expecting for the price. It was over $108 no drinks included just food and 1 non sweet tea and 1 water with lemon. I’m working in the area and not a local. I’ll have to check out others seafood places.

Shoot! Sweet Tea is something we've tried to carry in the past, but just have not seen a desire from the local community for. Sorry for the disappointment! Other than that, while prices can seem like a bit much, I can assure you that the quality of our product and the effort we put into processing it in house is where we see the value. Basically, everything that touches the plate is house-made, down to the tortilla chips! I hope you'll give us another chance - thank you for the feedback.

It’s a great place - Just the only downside is their booths are not deep enough and feel crowded and I specify one of four other seating areas, but they rarely give you what you asked for even though you put it in the reservation where they have plenty of time to plan for it. they have two young of people at the front seating people that don’t have any experience and how to handle a busy restaurant.

Hi, thank you for the honest and direct feedback. I apologize for any inconvenience you had on the night of your visit that may have made your reservation less than the best. Seating tables is often like a giant puzzle, with many conflicting requests. Our staff does their best to accommodate, but there are real situations in which it just is not possible given the circumstances. Without a better sense of what was going on during your visit, I'm not certain that that was the case - but my hosts are actually excellent at doing their best with the circumstances, so I feel like I should deflect any of your concern away from them and on to me. We had booked a table for 6:15 pm, the table was not ready until nearly 15 minutes later and then no one came to the table for another 25 minutes, which was very disappointing as we had deliberately booked early due to an early start the following morning. Once we had managed to attract wait staff attention, the speed of service improved and the food was excellent. However, the delays at the beginning of the meal did spoil the experience.

Service and appetizers were great, but the fish and chips were like frozen fish sticks. Our order came with bbq sauce because the kitchen could not tell whether the product were chicken or fish. The rest of the food was just ok, nothing really special.

Hi, Jorge! I think what you're referring to is the presentation of the Fish and Chips. We've decided to present it in the more traditional English pub-style meaning that the panko-breaded Norwegian cod is not in a single filet, but in smaller breaded pieces. Those pieces can look very similar to a breaded chicken tender! It sounds like the person making the final check on the food before it was served (my brother) mixed them up and sent out the wrong sauce. I'm sure it was an honest mistake, but I'll be sure to grill him to make sure that kind of thing doesn't happen again. As to the rest of the food being nothing special - I wish I could show you all of the hard work and care that goes into everything, even those hand-breaded Fish and Chips. I think it's all very special! Cheers!

The crab cake was one of the best in the Midwest. The scallops risotto was very tasty. The fish and chips were very good.
