Stone Crab

Fresh stone crabs are found in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. They are hand harvested, one claw at a time, and thrown back to the sea. Joe Weiss, and his wife Jennie, discovered this unknown delicacy in the early 1920s, and soon after, began serving them at their restaurant in Miami Beach. We had a very nice steak and seafood dinner. We had our wedding rehearsal dinner there many years ago. It’s nice to see a restaurant survive in these times. Our server Steven P. gave us some friendly advice and and helped make the evening better. Thank You! Steven Milfred and Virginia

Excellent sea food options, served easy to eat. Great flavor and portions are generous, including sides. A la cart sides are probably shareable for most people, including salads. Definitely on the expensive side, but service and food were excellent.

Atmosphere was great had a good vibe in restaurant. Seemed like it was the place to be. We got there early the host took us right in. The waiter was awesome explained the menu to us , it was a real experience would recommend it highly to anyone.

Second time dining at Joe’s and it was another pleasant experience. Everything was wonderful including the stone crab I ordered. Andrew our waiter gave great service. I will return again on my next visit to Vegas.

I was a little disappointed since it was a joint celebration and we didn't get a booth and a crowded table. Our table forgot one of the dishes. Telling me you didn't write it down or not repeating a large order is not my fault. Then asking me if i still wanted it. Idk a dinner meal that was 2 shared plates a.ong 3 people of the seafood platter and crab stuff shrimp. It's seems like everything that can be wrong went wrong. We had reservations and was seated late as well. I always order the same thing each time I come here for a celebration. So it was disappointing to see it wasn't made as special as last time I was there for my younger sisters birthday. I should have gone to my normal birthday restaurant and not this one. Just seems like a typical dinner. Not even a candle to blow out. So my mom sisters and I went somewhere else trying to find me dessert with candle for my birthday.

Absolutely amazing food and service. We had the chopped salad and grilled seafood platter along with their bread basket . The jalapeño cornbread muffins are delicious . My favorite meal. We wish they would open a restaurant in Scottsdale !!!

Been there several times. Always excellent. Prices are a little lower than a lot of the restaurants on the strip.we arrived 15 minutes early for our reservation and were seated immediately. Everything that we ordered was cooked as requested and was excellent. Service was excellent.

Great experience, just two of us, and they treated us just as well as a large party. Food and service was fantastic, helpful with suggestions, friendly with banter, and overall a great dining experience. Would hands down go back again.

The total dining experience was excellent. Mark & Eddie did a great job. The Madagascar Shrimp was a wonderful appetizer. The Seared Sea Scallops were large and delicious and well presented on a squash puree. The Filet Mignon rare was seared/cooked to perfection and delicious. We finished the meal with a huge slice of Key Lime pie that was scrumptious.

I ordered crab legs and were the others got their meals mine was forgotten to be placed! It arrived as the others had nearly finished. The crab legs shell were so badly crushed I spent most my time trying to get rid of tiny pieces of crab shell or removing it from my mouth! The crab meat in the claws was old and dry. Although it was removed from the bill it was a very disappointing meal over all.

We have dined here many times and they are consistently a great restaurant. Service is always exceptional at Joe’s. We had a party of 4 celebrating a birthday. The bone-in ribeye and petite filet were done to perfection, the seafood platter offered lobster, shrimp and scallops done perfectly and the fried shrimp were large and delicious. Our birthday girl got a brownie topped off with ice cream and one lit candle. Always look forward to dining at Joe’s when in Las Vegas.

This is my second time at Joes and it still is on the top of my list for favorite restaurants! The best key lime pie I’ve ever had and the Sea Bass just melts in your mouth! Excellent service and our waitress even helped us with directions! We will be back!

We love this restaurant! A fav every time we come to vegas. Alaskan king crab legs are to die for! Steaks delicious and leave room for the peppermint candy ice cream with fudge sauce. Delightful.
