Depuis plus de 20 ans, Jen's sert les meilleurs fruits de mer d'Alaska. We have eaten regularly at Jen's since it opened, and I think the current version is the best it has ever been. This is primarily because of the "reshuffling" Nancy did of the menus. She moved some of the best selling items from the lunch menu to the dinner menu, and the result is a selection I like much better. Now the problem is "Which to choose?" Too many delicious choices. Jens would be proud.

Nice small place to eat well. We had the rockfish, which was cooked perfectly, and my youngest son has the beef bolognese that he loved. My oldest son had the veal liver and onions and it was perfect! I plan on getting the liver next time I'm there, it was that good (if you like liver). The white wine selection was small, but well curated and the Chardonnay was well suited for our rockfish dishes. The Slag Sild, a danish herring appetizer, was excellent and so too the onion tart.

Excellent experience. Enjoyed the oysters, halibut and grilled pork chop. Everything was cooked to perfection with nice wine pairings suggested by Lonnie. He was knowledgeable, provided attentive service and steered us right. Cheers!

The place is a bit cozy, tables within a few feet of each other but not a total deal breaker. I like my oysters with lemon, horseradish and a cracker but they did theirs different. Fairly minor gripes about this place. Definitely recommend the Spinach ravioli as an appetizer and the scallops for entree. The scallop dish is probably some of the best flavors I’ve ever experienced. I was blown away by it. Will DEFINITELY be coming back.

Food was good but not exceptional in any way. We were there at 7 and the salmon entree special was already sold out! We had fresh cod with a plantain crust, mushroom soup and a green salad.

Wonderful meal. One of the top three key lie pies I’ve had in the world. Main dishes were prepared excellently. Katherine was a superb server and kept the courses perfectly timed for a marvelous date night. We will be returning often.

My wife ordered a well don’t steak (that’s the way she likes it don’t judge), and we had to send the steak back because it was rare-medium. Not an issue, but waitress tried to argue that well done steak has a lot of red. Huh? Not saying well done steak is the way to go but if we pay for freaking well done on Valentine’s Day give me a steak the way I want and don’t tell me well done is red.

Warm atmosphere and great service. Timing between courses were perfect, we were never left waiting too long for the next course. The charcuterie board was tasty and didn't spoil our entrees. The pork chop entree was flavorful, tender, and juicy. The gemelli pasta was hearty with a smooth and creamy sauce. We dined with our child but weren't expecting a children's menu to be available. We were pleasantly surprised with the child friendly menu and coloring sheet. Our child doesn't care to dine out, but really enjoyed the experience with Jen's! We will be returning in the near future.

I go to Jen’s at least twice a year for special occasions. It has always been one of my favorite places. This time, the experience left little to be desired. While my peppercorn steak was amazing, the sauce was over salted as were the au gratin potatoes. My wife’s potatoes and brussel sprouts were cold. The appetizers we got were spot on as was the dessert. While these might seem like petty or minor complaints, the amount of money being spent directly correlates to a higher expectation.

Menu is exquisite with many flavors for a wide range of tastes. Service is friendly a skilled. Tried a wine we’ve never tried at the recommendation of our server and it was perfect for our meal.

I am starting to really love this restaurant. It’s quiet. The ambience and colors, and art, are beautiful. The food is FAB. The staff are so competent and wonderful. The wines are great. It’s an experience of enjoyment, vs an experience of endurement, which I feel like many ANC restaurants have become.

In my past life, I am a chef, so I do cook a lot at home myself but occasionally I do like to get out and dress up is a lady. This is steel, by far my favorite restaurant. Wonderful service, white linen, quiet, and the best food for the price. Service, very professional they can read your facial impressions and be there when you look at them, not hovering over or you never see them again, just perfect.
