It's a must to be apart of the experience. Every staff that walked past showed concern and even got a picture for my girlfriends birthday.

We took our son here for his college graduation, and it really is a great celebratory restaurant. Our server, Stephanie, was great: attentive and professional. The appetizers were good, but the standout here is, of course, the steak. The strip was succulent, the ribeye fab. The tuna tartar is a work of beauty and the mozzarella creamy heaven! The sides were disappointing, however. The mashed potatoes seemed watery, the asparagus overcooked, and the green beans undercooked. We had a delish chablis and chateauneuf du pape. A terrific evening!

Our waiters, Alex and Alex, were great! The steaks, potatoes and sample desserts were amazing. Everything was perfect!

Great meal, fun experience in the bar with the live music and comfy booths - great if you also wanted to watch sports on TV. Portions seem to be bigger than previously - lots of shareable items. Great service - very enjoyable pre theater - we will happily be back!

We celebrated our 25th Wedding Anniversary recently. We had a great server by the name of John, who acknowledged our celebration. Menus were printed with our Anniversary, nice touch. The atmosphere was lively, and as I shared with Claire (GM), it’s a VIBE. Our food was delicious! We had the bone-in Ribeye (Cowboy) and it was seasoned perfectly! The Mac n cheese and creamed spinach were delicious also. Overall, we will certainly be returning. It would have been nice with such a huge milestone that we would have enjoyed sitting in a booth versus a table. Oh, and I believe her name is Stacy. She came around and took our picture! She was wonderful and welcoming , as well as Claire!

Hands down the best dining experience I have ever had. The service was spectacular and the food was amazing. They printed special menus for our anniversary, and gave us a free sampler plate of desserts. There isn’t a thing they could do to improve upon our experience.

Very nice ambiance in the main dining area. Bar area was very lively with live music. Noise level would have been a bit much if we had to dine there (not from the singers and musicians which played and sang at an appropriate volume, but the noise of other patrons). Service was top-notch (Tommy and Larry). The food was excellent. My wife loved the Dover Sole, and I cried a little when I tasted my Japanese A5 Wagyu Filet Mignon. The creamed spinach and creamy mashed potatoes were also great. The butter pie was divine. I did notice that the prices of the items we ordered, as well as other items on the menu (this also includes cocktails and wine) were higher here then at other high end restaurants we have tried recently, both in the general area and other cities. I do not mean just a few dollars. Some menu items were up to $30 more than at other fine dining establishments. I know you often pay more at restaurants in busy downtown/trendy areas, particularly if it is also a tourist destination, but sometimes you also pay more for a name (think any celebrity chef named restaurant). Lets be honest, if you are ordering Dover Sole and Japanese A5 Wagyu Filet Mignon, you probably are not going to worry about dropping an extra $30-$50 here then at some other place. Would dine here again when in the area, and would like to try some of his other restaurants.

We had a great Pre-Clue dinner at Ruby's. We love the newer downtown venue. The cocktails, food and service was exceptional. We were there to also celebrate my mom's 79th birthday and they treated her like a queen. Great evening, thank you!

The level of service we experienced with our server Hannah and the general manager Korrie was second to none. The experience was nothing short of incredible. If you want great food and great service, you owe it to yourself to dine here.

Our first visit to the new location downtown & was very impressed on how beautiful it was. Our server Peter was excellent and gave great recommendations. Finally our food couldn't have been better, everything prepared to perfection.

We really enjoyed our sushi, dessert, and sides, but the steak was a bit of a letdown. We ordered the same steak we’ve ordered in the past, but this one was very tough and was not all that hot. It seemed to have been sitting for a bit before it was delivered to us. This was quite disappointing because of the price point! I don’t think I’ll order another steak from Jeff Ruby’s. Our service was great as always!

First time dining at the new downtown Cincinnati location. We had a booth in the bar area and it felt like the main dining room, open & spacious. The true main dining room was behind us and that room was an extremely nice venue as well. Young blond hostess that was working the door needed a bit more smile, but other than that the service was exceptional and our server Erin was outstanding. As always the food was top notch and the ribeye was perfectly cooked and delicious, as were all the steaks at the table. Sides were tasty and the butter pie is always a must-have every time I go. Best steakhouse in the country IMHO.

Hello, My wife and I, just married 5/13. Dined after we got married and it was the absolute best dinner ever! The food was fantastic but even more so the staff. They made us feel amazing and like we were royalty! Peter our waiter was just amazing and made the night so much fun. An old friend Hogie came over and entertained us and made us feel on top of the world. The manager Laura was fantastic and so sweet bringing us a rose dessert to die for to celebrate our day. Cannot say enough good things about all three and making our special night one to remember. Will be coming back for anniversary’s to come! Thank you all so much again!

Everything was incredible! The oysters were delicious, the sushi, the steak! We will be back soon! Oh and we even received a picture as a memento for Mother's Day and my birthday! Thank you for the great sevice and wonderful dining experience!

Excellent overall experience. Our server, Hanna, was perfect. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was fun. The entire staff was friendly, attentive and we were made to feel welcomed. We enjoyed the experience.

We loved the atmosphere, food and that my husband could order an after dinner cigar and got to smoke it at the outside bar. We drive an hour ti get there and it was well worth it!

This was my first time visiting Jeff Rubys. The server was excellent. The ambience was so cool. We received our food in a timely manner and it was cooked to perfection. I would go back and I recommend it to all.
