Situated on the Las Vegas Strip in the Aria Hotel & Casino, Javier's offers upscale, authentic Mexican cuisine in a contemporary setting. Its interior décor has sophisticated styling that features metal sculptures, a rope ceiling around the bar area and a chainsaw-carved sculpture. Javier's provides an exciting ambiance that is ideal for hanging out with friends for lunch or dinner. Guests can dine on such dishes as shrimp ceviche or taquitos as an appetizer, dungeness crab enchiladas as an entrée and delicate guava cheesecake topped with whipped cream for dessert. The restaurant also serves salads and grilled steak. Vegetarian and Vegan dishes also available. This Javier's location opened its doors in 2012 and has various positive reviews in the Las Vegas Sun and other publications. I have loved Javier's for many years. This was my first visit to this location. I found it to be extremely loud. I wanted the Mole Poblano and was warned it was spicy. I then said "well I take the short ribs" I was told that too was spicy and that they have changed the recipes and a lot of people don't like it. I did appreciate the honesty bc I'm not one to send food back. I then settled for Enchilada Suizas. Although the chicken was tender and flavorful it was not what I wanted.

Fast service, great food and drinks. We had the Enchiladas Del Mar, they were delicious and flavorful.

One of our favorite places to eat in Vegas. Jose was fabulous. Food and cocktails all top notch!

Alchohol was not top shelf we had dry mouth. Food server had to tell 3 times before they got anything

Excellent service!!! We love going to Momofuku, especially for the Pork Ramen and Pork Bao Buns. Sheila and the entire staff always makes our experience perfect! Love coming to Momofuku!

Our table was moved 3 times. The salsa and food are beyond spicy. In addition I’ve been having a cake brought in every year for 3 years and have never been charge a cake fee until last night. When my party was leaving I told the manager about our experience and he said oh well! The only good thing about Javier’s is the service and atmosphere. The music changes through different types and certain music plays louder than others. Really disappointed and will not be returning as I’ve been a regular for years.

Food was excellent and our server Edgar gave wonderful suggestions. When he was sent to serve a large party the other servers stepped in so our service was seamless!
