We had reservations and got right in! Server was right there pouring water and offering drinks. Hubby and I ordered onion rings as an appetizer and came out very fast and food came out in just the right amount of time afterwards. Food tasted great and service was fantastic! We'll definitely be back!

The atmosphere/decor were great! No problem hearing the conversation at our table. I had the chicken parmigiana sandwich which was amazing! The only thing that wasn’t good was the espresso martini. We’ll definitely be back.

Waiter was friendly and attentive-food was outstanding and creative! We had tickets to a show, tried to allow plenty of time for a nice meal and that’s exactly what we got! Stop in! Delicious!

Just annoyed that the restaurant was not full and we got a 2 person table next to a brick pillar and the table was broken so your legs dangled. Asked to be moved to different table and even pointed out the table we could move to and were told it was reserved! Mine was reserved as well! Got up and moved to bar due to terribly uncomfortable seating! Just rude!

We always like going to Jam’s in the Old Market. It is our “go to” whenever we have an occasion to celebrate. Our server, Reese, was exceptional. Food is always fresh and presentation is stunning.

Be picky on your seating request or you could be put in a horrific spot as we initially were put in. A high seat on a stool and a low seat in a booth was the initial setting for two. Bonus of a brick pillar in the immediate middle to one side that obstructed view and elbow room. We did get moved, but the process was like pulling teeth, and not until we asked for the manager. Food and service were both solid, but seating even after we moved was too small for two people.

We have been fans of the Jams for a long time. This was subpar at best. Food was expensive and not great. The wine we ordered was not availabe and the prosecco came in weird little bottles. Was expecting an mid/upscale experience and was disappointed, especially for the price.

We had a reservation and were seated early. It was definitely the holiday rush but our waitress was excellent and attentive, and our food came out in a timely manner. The food and drinks were subperb and we'll for sure be back!

We were seated right away and our waitress was fantastic. She was obviously hustling and had a lot of tables to cover, but we were never rushed nor were we left for long periods of time. She was awesome. The food was delicious! Our table had the meatloaf, fish & chips, enchiladas, and the Mediterranean salad. Everyone loved their meal! Highly recommend and we will definitely be back.

Jams never disappoints. Our waitress was amazing. Very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend the steak salad. The fish tacos were spicier than I like but still good. The espresso martini and the sangria are really good choices. Will definitely return.
