Le restaurant J. Gilbert est un steakhouse chic et décontracté qui vous sert du bœuf vieilli de première qualité cuit sur un grill au feu de bois de mesquite. Vous pourrez y déguster une panoplie de coupes de boeuf, des fruits de mer frais (y compris leurs croquettes de crabe primées) et d'autres spécialités de la maison, telles que les croustilles Maytag Bleu et le gâteau au chocolat velvet.     As always wonderful food and service but we were there for over 2 hours last night. It took forever and with 2 kiddos that was just too long. Served apologized for things being slow but nothing was offered in the way of compensation which would have been appreciated.

    Both had medium rare prime rib. Both cuts were chewy and not really to our liking. Rest of Father's day meal was excellent.
