En février 2008, le groupe Fine Dining Restaurant, célèbre pour son Rendezvous Bistro et le Q Roadhouse, a apporté les saveurs de l'Italie à Jackson Hole avec l'ouverture de Il Villaggio Osteria. Celui-ci est situé à l'intérieur de l'hôtel Terra, le premier établissement certifié LEED de l'État et seulement le cinquième aux États-Unis. Ce restaurant intimiste propose un bar à vin de 12 places et un bar à salami qui en compte 8, d'où vous pourrez admirer le choix de charcuteries et de fromages importés qui seront tranchés à la main selon les commandes et provenant des meilleurs fournisseurs du pays. Pâtes maison, olives farcies à la saucisse, délicieux vins et entrées complètent ce menu exquis.

We happened to dine at an evening where the restaurant was offering the second entree for $2 with the proceeds going to charity. One of our favorites in Jackson Hole. Delicious creative Italian food. Enjoyed a cauliflower steak appetizer and charred radicchio with two yummy pastas. Bread was outstanding. General manager at the hostess station was super as was our server Kyle.

We had a very good meal. Food was great overall with the pastas and the duck as standouts. Only thing that I’d rate lower was my pork chop. Although the sauce, sides and seasoning were good it was well past the medium that it was supposed to be prepared to. We also were sat in the bar vs the restaurant (even with a reservation and room available) which was disappointing.

Really nice choice in Teton Village. Nice ambiance. Varied menu. Very good beer, wine,drink options. We had appetizer, salad, pizza and dessert. All very good.

It was very disappointing. We aren’t usually too picky. But the Food was not good. Service was pretty bad too. Forgot a salad. The noise level was off the charts loud. My son said the pizza tasted like a lunchable. Nothing on the table was good.

A very special Birthday dinner for my husband. The salmon was outstanding and he loved the Lobster linguini. The Tiramisu was the best. Service was very attentive.

We were looking forward to return. Back in 2019 we had a very good dinner experience and this time was a deception. Even with a reservation from Open Table, they gave us an improvised tiny table in a corner next to wine bottles, The lobster linguini, unlike the last time, was too spicy, hot and could not taste the lobster.

Great spot in Teton Village. The arancini is wonderful (you get 3). We generally get one of the pasta dishes. The veal ragu cavatelli was good. Service is super.

Lovely- wonderful service- the view was incredible. Enjoyed the Fondue- the Cocktail were extremely refined- look forward to returning soon.

This is a standard restaurant like a chain restaurant . For me low quality like prepared a mass production food without attention, this is not a cheap restaurant to receive that quality food. My lobster linguine extremely spicy with pasta without any flavor just spicy. Definitely will not recommend it.

Good food. Excellent pizza and salmon. Very good pork chop. Good pasta. Generous pours on drinks. Very friendly and professional staff. A bit loud and busy. Music was a bit too much. Table for four was a bit on the small side.

Wait staff was great and very accommodating. On shift manager was rude in front of entire family with young kids when an ordering mistake occurred. Totally unacceptable behavior from management resulting in permanent loss of customers.

Worst Elk Osso Bucco ever for 55$ was dry over cooked but still with fibrous cartilage. Yuck . We are locals this used to be one of our favorites. We gave it one more chance . Strike three Never again

Service was great. Food had mixed reviews. The bread was fresh and warm. Between us we ordered 3 different salads and all were very good and they split a salad for service, which was nice. The meatball appetizers were lacking. We ordered 2 for the table and one went completely uneaten. They were very dense with little flavor. The Brussel Sprouts were good (but beware of the spicy kick). The herbed potatoes were so dry they were tried but left mostly uneaten. The mains were all Pasta dishes and were well liked (lasagna and butternut ravioli). Drinks were good.

I go back here every year I'm in Jackson Hole. It's a short from where I stay in Teton Village. Have never been disappointed and any guests we have introduced to the restaurant have loved it as well. Staff is always pleasant. Make sure to make reservations in advance.

My bucatini was very average. Way too much cheese. We got an early seating with lots of options and were given a 2 top right by the door.
