Il Posto Trattoria is a quaint restaurant located at the north end of the city, in the beautiful Napa Valley. We specialize in traditional Italian cuisine with ingredients from Italy and locally grown.
Il Posto provides a warm, comfortable and non pretentious atmosphere with a variety of food options for all ages alike. Walking into Il Posto is like walking into a Trattoria in Rome or Venice, yet it is here in the Incredible Napa Valley! Our menu includes a variety of salads and house made pastas, in both small and large portions. We serve rustic pizzas and classic Italian dishes like Chicken Picatta, Ravioli and Veal Saltimboca. I've been patronizing Il Posto for years. It's a neighborhood favorite. Unfortunately, my recent experience was disappointing. Our waiter was attentive, but the food was poorly prepared and we felt a bit forgotten by the other who deliver bread and water.

This was our first time at Il Posto. We were not disappointed. Everything from the salad to the entree to dessert was delicious! We will definitely be back.

We love everything about this local gem. The food is amazing and their menu offers a selection to satisfy a range of cravings and preferences. They have the best margherita pizza in Napa. The staff is on point and the atmosphere makes you feel like you've been invited to a friend's house for dinner.

Loved the pizza, Eggplant, Parmesan and the cannoli with a little lemon flavor topped with pistachios are to die for.

We went here for my birthday weekend in Napa . Ordered the bruschetta. It would’ve been nice to have four pieces instead of three kind of hard to split between two people. The house salad with the champagne dressing was amazing. My husband ordered the eggplant Parmesan and it was the best you ever had. I ordered the orchietta. It was good. Ended with a trio of gelato. Would definitely come back just for dinner and we love 2 hours away
