    The quality of the food fell short of expectations, being rather mediocre. Given the price point, one would anticipate a more flavorful experience. While the service was okay, the server's attempts at humor were perceived as crossing boundaries and lacking respect for the guest. The personal nature of the jokes and remarks made during the dining experience has left a lasting impression, this server is the main reason for my decision to never revisit this establishment nor will I ever recommend to friends and family. It is my sincere hope that this server learns to treat people with respect and not make any remarks, as it greatly affected my overall dining experience.

    Terrible waitress. Too many issues to list. Had to speak to the manager but requested they not assist us with the bill. They still issued us free desert and appetizers. The issues were so bad they gave three free items for the next visit that we will never use. The food was disgusting and the service was sooooooo bad I just can never go back. This place will be out of business in the next year simply by the empty seating at a busy hour. We clearly aren’t the only ones who have experienced these issues.

    I been here few times. It has been a nice experience so far. The staffs are very nice, food is good, the ambiance is nice.

    The wait to order was very long and the waiters looked overworked, food was good I think they just needed more staff

    The wait was minimal but the entire restaurant was packed. The service was efficient and the food was amazing.

    Great experience. Busy day - Mother’s Day - seated us quickly, attentive service, good food, nice place. The kitchen messed something up and they corrected it and comped it immediately.

    We were on the patio. There were 5 dogs on the patio barking at each other. It was very disturbing. They were not service dogs. The table next to ours kept his dog on his lap and fed his dog from the table. It was disgusting. I enjoyed my meal but I will never go back if you do not enforce some rules about dogs sitting at the table.

    The Linguine del Mare (not sure about) was excellent the sea food fresh and tasty and the pasta done just right. Staff was very attentive and efficient.

    Would definitely recommend Il Fornaio to a friend. Restaurant has a nice ambiance, food is always very good, and service is always top notch. We have been eating at Il Fornaio for years and it is always a happy experience!
