    Dining at Hy’s never disappoints. Oysters were fresh and delicious Beef Wellington presentation was great Steak Neptune was delicious Steaks were all cooked to perfection Great place to celebrate. Service was outstanding.

    Food very disappointing. Could and have had much better for less at other steakhouse type establishments.

    Server was above and beyond, food was amazing, manager at the front helped us get back to the elevator and directed us to get back to our parking and she went with us all the way down the escalator to help us it was so appreciated! 10/10 I would always recommend! Liked it even more than when I went to Oval Room at the Fort Gary Hotel for my birthday the year before!

    We had an absolutely amazing time. Our server was absolutely fantastic! Andrew was extremely knowledgable and professional! We will definitely be back time and time again! Will be booking for my birthday this year!

    The food and service was excellent! Our server was efficient, friendly and on point. Everything about the place was wonderful. There were two things that I would say were on the downside. 1. I can't justify going there often because the prices of the food are way overpriced. We spent $255 on cheese toast, 2 steak meals and one dessert (shared). There should be some options for less expensive items on the menu. 2. Parking is terrible in that area.

I apologize that the variety of selections and parking options were not as expected. We are always searching on ways to improve our guests experiences and I will share your comments with our team. We are working on new offerings for our guests and have recently expanded both our happy hour options and our parking solutions! We now validate parking in the Richardson parkade daily from 11am, and have partnered with Fairmont hotel to offer valet parking.     The food and service were excellent. Only one complaint. The restaurant is little tired. The chairs are very uncomfortable.
