Hy's warm resort-style and central location is second to none for private dining. Our stunning restaurant can play host for any occasion, from the most formal reception to the most casual get together. We can comfortably accommodate up to 18 in a semi-private dining room, but arrangements can be also be made for parties from 60-120 in semi-private areas of the restaurant, or in some cases, full restaurant buy-outs. still love coming to Hy’s but filet was too salty and the portion of green beans (8) was very disappointing.

The food was delicious, and the staff were professional and attentive… The light banter about which Waiter made the best Caesar salad was hilarious. The guys could take this show on the road.!!!

We went there to celebrate my b-day with my husband. The restaurant was pretty empty, and they took over an hour to make our plates. The steaks weren't made in the way we requested. They charged a plate over $100, and they only give you smash potatoes. We are very disappointed, to be honest.Their prices are very expensive for no reason. It was not what we expected. We won't come back there, better to go to the keg.

What an experience. My wife and I made mid week reservations at Hy's for our 20th Anniversary dinner in Whistler Village. From the moment we walked in, it was obvious that this was a high end eating establishment. We were treated like VIPs for the whole duration of the dinner. The service was impressive, from the caesar salad being made at the table, to the perfect amount of service without interrupting our experience. The steaks were absolutely spectacular. I'd tell you what we ordered and how good it was but I bet it won't make a difference. I can't imagine ordering anything and not being absolutely blown away. Having said that, the four course dinner would probably be a great bet for an overall amazing dinner at the most reasonable price. If you have the money to splurge on an amazing dinner with a once in a lifetime service, go for it. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing meal! Superb steaks and sides! The crispy sprouts are a must! Thank you to our waiter Brian and also the sommelier for an excellent and unique wine recommendation - paired perfectly with the steaks. Thank you!

娘との旅行で使用しました。スタッフの対応も良く、フレンドリーでゆっくりステーキを楽しむことが出来ました。娘曰く、今回の旅行でここのフィレステーキが1番美味しかったとのこと。日本より霜降り部分は少ないものの、柔らかくジュシーでした。アスパラガスのスープも美味しかったです。日本人のスタッフも居て、気軽に話しかけてくださいましたよ。 $1=¥160近くだったので高く感じますが、そこは為替によるところがあるのコスパはなんとも…と言う感じです。
