Ouvert en juin 2004, le Hula Grill de Waikiki se trouve juste au-dessus de son grand frère, le restaurant Duke's Waikiki de Outrigger Waikiki Beach Resort.               We were lucky to get outdoor seating. Our server was knowledgeable & efficient- our water glasses were always filled - food was delicious- would come back again

              I made a reservation and informed the restaurant that I was going to propose to my girlfriend at this dinner. The restaurant went above and beyond to give us the most beautiful evening and a memory that will last generations. After being seated, the manager Lisa came to our table and offered us a beautiful table over looking the ocean and in view of the sunset and surrounded by beautiful tiki torches. Our server Ocean was absolutely amazing and so very sweet. She worked with me to make this night perfect. She even recorded my proposal on my phone and did a magnificent job. I can never thank the staff at Hula Grill for making this night as beautiful as the woman I’m going to marry. We will be back every year to visit and relive this beautiful moment in our history. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

              The food was below average. The shrimp carbonara was tasteless. The best thing was our waiter. He was outstanding. He replaced our meals with another dish but unfortunately that wasn’t good either. Won’t come back here again.

              The service was very good. Restaurant was loud. My wife and I enjoyed our Coconut Shrimp appetizer. We both ordered BBQ Chicken with coconut rice. The chicken was inedible!! We told the waitress that the chicken was touch and without taste. She did ask if we wanted something else, we declined as the food was a real turn off. The Hula Ice Cream pie was amazing!! They did give us the pie for free; however, they changed us $80 for the 2 chicken entrees. Disappointing!! If you’re looking for delicious desserts I would go here. The food was not good!!

              Outdoor balcony tables annd open air restaurant with live music. Impressed with food presentation and taste. Great place to spend time and have a meal with family.

              I am regular to this restaurant and i found this time the service to lacking It was very slow and " clunky"..its seems there were a lot new staff and not the regular familiar faces sadly it seems to be busy the groove this time which is disappointing for me
