SLOW… took 2.5 hours to have brunch. Waiter was good but kitchen was extremely slow.

This is my second time coming here for Brunch. We went for Mother's day brunch, specifically for their bottomless mimosa and brunch menu. I made a reservation online and called immediately after to confirm the time they would be serving alcohol ( certain places on Sunday do not serve until after 12pm- our time was for 11:15am). The staff confirmed they start serving at 11am-4pm for Mother's day. We get there after an 1.15 hour drive and our waiter tells us very dry "No bottomless today"- blank stare, not apologetic, nothing. We also asked about the change of menu- "that's what you can order". The table across from us also wanted bottomless, and his tone, smile and comments were vastly different. We learned from listening that due to mothers day they changed the menu, he even apologized to them because (as I had stated to him) their website did not indicate a "Mothers Day amended menu". Oysters were amazing, we ordered 2 dozen, and promptly left to go to a different place with better service. We also had to ask for water, by the time we received it, we were done eating. Waiter seemed relieved when asked for the check.

Nice evening on the patio. Oysters were big which how we like them! Fried shrimp and red beans and rice were delicious! Love the Filthy Old Fashioned.

Always an exceptional experience! The food, service, wine list and atmosphere are the best. The oysters, salmon salad, pecan crusted salmon, the flounder, and the wine were all SO good! By far our favorite spot in DT Roswell.

I hate to downgrade the service in the ratings but not sure where else to put it. The host was great with accommodating my Dad in his motorized chair and the waitstaff was friendly. The bar and kitchen are both SLOW which unfortunately has also been my experience in the past.

Great experience and great service. It is an eclectic mix of fine and casual dining. We went for Saturday brunch and complete with self-serve mimosa and bloody Mary bar. The crispy calamari were delicious, and the garlic parmasen beginets were a great start. The highlight was the crawfish fried rice. It was just so good. It was a side dish, but I could not get enough of it. The crab omelet and shrimp and waffle were both cooked well and delicious. It was an overall excellent experience.

Just about everything was first class. We got there at 5:30 and ordered three dozen oysters on the half shell and two Abita Ambers on draft fir happy hour. My buddy then went on to order a flounder entree while I had the tasso ham deviled eggs and a bowl of seafood gumbo. our server Matt was super professional and got everything right. If only they would open a Hugo’s in West Cobb!

Fresh seafood and perfectly prepared. We split a dozen raw oysters, the chefs redfish special, with a side of shrimp etouffee and collards collards. I ordered a sparkling glass of Prosecco nicely chilled. Next time we will each get our own enteee, the fish was a small serving. Expensive but great food. It was a special occasion for my husband’s birthday.

Hugo's was crowded; ended up sitting at the bar for dinner which was a great choice. The lady's tending the bar were really wonderful and very attentive. I will mostly certainly return next time I am in town.

The outside of the restaurant doe not look appealing, but the service, staff and food makes up for it. I will be going back

Me and my wife went for anniversary. The food was amazing and our server was very helpful. . It was worth the money. Definitely will go back again.

Will be back! We had a reservation for 7:45 originally, but were late due to traffic. We got there at like 8:05 and weren’t seated until 8:30. It didn’t matter because Mikayla, the GM and the host Reagan were AMAZING!! We were on a time restraint because we had other plans after and they accommodated us perfectly. Mikayla took care of our first round of drinks and our server Nathan was great too. The food (crab stuffed shrimp) came out quickly and everyone was so nice. We can’t wait to visit again and try more of the menu items. They made up for us being seated late and we had a great time. Will definitely be back. Thanks, Hugo’s!!

We all enjoyed our lunch very much! Two had Po'Boys, one shrimp and one oyster with a small wedge salad. Others had the parmesan flounder and were delighted with their choice. Service was great and we would all go back. We mentioned to our server that the lunch menu on their website only states they have brunch while their full menu plus the Po'Boy menu is actually available. They might be missing some potential business.

We had some appetizers and the crab Louis salad for our entree. The crab Louis salad was fantastic. Tons of crab meat and the dressing was just right. We had the Rosso Toscana wine with our meal which tasted great and was a good value.

From start to finish an absolutely phenomenal experience. Greeted by friendly faces, great team atmosphere all around, as well as a vibrant energy. Restaurant was very busy yet the staff stayed calm and collected. Our server Whit was excellent, very attentative, friendly and has great recommendations for cocktails and food. Smoked Trout dip was delcicious and the raw oyster selection was nice as well. Tequila old fashioned was a nice twist with the pineapple infused Tequila and of course the Filthy old fashioned. Presentation of both entrees were brilliant, pecan crusted Salmon and the Branzino entree were both very tasty. Mikaela the Manager checked on us multiple times throughout the meal and always does an amazing job. This place is truly a neighborhood gem and we will definitely be returning!

The food and the service were both amazing! I have not been able to stop thinking about the yummy food since I went and that was days ago. I will definitely be back.

The grilled Parmesan oysters are amazing. Our server delivered the wrong oysters, and when we let him know, he brought us a brand new batch with six grilled Parmesan oysters that were amazing! The maple salmon was yummy. The Parmesan flounder had a very dry crust, but service was so excellent we didn’t complain. The beignet appetizer was insanely delicious! Lemon olive oil cake with lavender ice cream was interesting… fun place

So pleased with everything. My friend is extremely picky and cleaned her plate. We love C&S, so there was no doubt this would also be amazing. The oysters were perfect and we could not decide on what to get, everything looked so good.
