One of finest meals I have ever had. I had the ribeye and my wife the filet and lobster. Both steaks were cooked perfectly and melted in your mouth. The lobster bisque is absolutely the best soup I’ve ever experienced. Service was excellent. It was altogether an outstanding experience. Highly recommended.

We went for our 36th anniversary. It was good but not top notch, probably won't make a point to go again. There's other steak house I believe is better and more reasonable..

Jon Simmons, the sommelier was personable, witty, and attentive to our wine selection. The dining experience, after the table-side salads was abysmal. The $140 twin Australian Lobster tails were terrible. They were overcooked and flavorless. One unedible tail had a black greasy substance on the top and a black substance on the bottom. Had several bites of the first one and none of the "blackened" lobster tail. Our server completely ignored us after our entrees arrived. He never checked to see if we were enjoying our food or not and we never saw him again. Much later we were asked by a bus person if we wanted our unfinished food boxed, which I declined as well as declinng any dessert options. Ruined our evening out.

Hugo’s is and will always be the one place I have to go to in Vegas for dinner whenever I am in town. The food is always amazing, and so is the service…love Hugo’s!!

Eddie and Scott were awesome. The food was awesome and the sea bass was spot on! The ambiance was reminiscent of old school speak easy club style restaurant.

We had the rib eyes, they were cooked correctly, but the steak was not tender and had lots of gristle and had to be exchanged for filet mignon . The filet was tender. The salad service was nice but rushed. The value was not good. I will look for a different place next trip.

Hugo’s is Vegas’ best kept secret in Old Vegas. Our family has been coming to Hugo’s for decades when we’re in town and now our spouses & their families! It’s such a unique gem with amazing food & top notch service from start to finish!!

If you are into old Vegas or the mob history and are looking for a steak dinner, this is the place for you. There's real history here -- the sommelier has been there since the days of Sinatra and Tony Spilotro -- and they've got the whole vibe nailed. The food is good (maybe not the best steak ever but all told an amazing experience). Every working here was amazing and I know it's a gimmick, but I loved receiving a rose. Highly recommend for the entire experience.

From the moment you step into the cellar you are welcomed. Each woman is given a beautiful rose. Service is great- I love the salad made table side with the orange vinaigrette dressing. The extra items like the raspberry sherbet, hot towel and chocolate dipped fruits make it a wonderful dining experience when you are tired of buying food a la carte. We valeted as well and even though they weee short staffed Joe was fast and pleasant. Would definitely return.

Everyone’s meal was excellent. French onion soup was possibly the best I’ve had, and the Cherry Tart Chicken was huge.

We attended Hugo's for a special occasion. Everything was outstanding with a little splash of humor and charm. The food was of good quality, portion, and very tasteful. The atmosphere was relaxing with a touch of class. We are very grateful that our special day was made even better at Hugo's.

We always try to make it to Hugo's while in Las Vegas. This time was very special as it was our 45th anniversary. They gave us a card and complimentary dessert. Many thanks to them. The four of us all thought our meal was great to excellent. My white asparagus was a little tough, but the salad, meal, and of course the cherries jubilee were perfect. It not a cheap dinner, but memorable and I can still imagine my parents there eating on more then one occasion. We will go back again if in Vegas.

Food was great, as usual. Unfortunately the wait staff & sommelier was not. We waited 10 - 15 minutes before our waiter first came to our table after we were seated. Our waiter did not ask if we wanted appetizers, just asked for our order. The server assisting the waiter was not engaged to the experience. The sommelier was definitely not top notch; sloppy opening of the wine bottle & pouring.

The food was fantastic, and the wine was extraordinary. Kinda odd being in a basement, but most of the steakhouses on Fremont Street are in similar settings. Overall vibe was nice. Service was good, but did feel a bit rushed at times. Overall, though, a great fine dining experience.

What a wonderful experience! Table side salad, thoughtful preparation and details for every course. Felt like a time warp in the best way. Eddie and Roxanne were so attentive and made our anniversary dinner so lovely. Worth every penny

Hugo’s never disappoints. It’s truly an experience from the individual rose given upon arrival to the table side salad to the mini sorbet palette cleanser before a perfectly cooked steak and finally the chocolate covered strawberries. It’s a must do when coming to Vegas!

Escargot is very good. I had the Prime rib cooked to perfection. Salad is made at table side and an assortment of toppings. Full bar and wonderful staff.

My husband and I made reservations for Hugo's Cellar to celebrate our upcoming wedding anniversary. Right from 5:00pm, when our reservation was and when Hugo's opened their door for the night, we were very politely greeted and seated at our booth..Of course I was given a beautiful long stemmed rose too. The waiters were right there to take our oder and from then on, everything was absolutely wonderful. The food was out of this world. I ordered the Queen's Lobster and I have never tasted anything so amazing. My husband ordered the rack of lamb and they were cooked to perfection..OMGOSH, I just cant say enough about the scrumptious food and the staff was very attentive and friendly. We will be back very soon.Thank you for an amazing time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the service was exceptional. Our only compliant was, a large party at an adjacent table was very loud especially when you consider the high quality and rating of the restaurant. Said another way, we expected a more intimate setting where we could more easily talk to each other.

Disappointing this year over other times. Waiter was inattentive and disinterested. Eventually pulled from our table after we expressed disappointment to the Sommelier. Food this time was only fair. Hope this was a one time aberration.
