We have been fans of this restaurant for many years. So it was so disappointing to have had to wait over 40 minutes between our salad course and our main course. We kept asking being told it was coming out constantly. We asked for the manager who was a bit rude when I mentioned the restaurant was only half full in a Thursday night. She offered to cover our one drink but of course they were on the bill. My 10oz NY stripe was more of a flank steak with a thickness of half an inch. Luckily there are plenty of steak Houses to try and that was our last time . They did finally remove the drink. But had to ask again

Our meal was excellent and the service was incredible. We came all the way from California on our anniversary to eat at Hugo’s Cellar and it did not disappoint.

Worst meal I have ever had at Hugo’s. Nobody checked back. Steak was gamy tasting. Potatoes burnt, just a bad meal and for the bargain price of $97 each. Sorry Hugo’s but never again.

Service felt very chaotic and rushed. My drink was forgotten and brought 20 minutes after I ordered it and tasted watered down. The food was good, no complaints there. Did seem considerably overpriced. I felt like the dress code was not inforced, guys in baseball hats (backwards), guys in jean shorts, typical outback steakhouse attire. Our server seemed too busy, didn't come to check on the food until I had one bite left of the 16oz new york. He seemed too concerned with the table behind us who was sending everything back. I waited a while to take my wife here and was kinda disappointed honestly.

Unparelle best dining experience around. Pricey but worth every penny. Looking for that great meal go to Hugo’s you won’t be disappointed.

We had been to Hugo’s 12 years ago, great place fantastic memories! This week we took friends after bragging about how awesome Hugo’s is ……. and it lived up to everything we remember! Fantastic people, ambience, and food, the only thing missing was the old door & wall to enter the restaurant. I missed that, without it the restaurant has lost a little bit of its charm! Still, highly recommended!
