Went to see Shane Q play and it was very nice and the food was amazing. Definitely worth going back.

Maybe it was something I didn't catch when reviewing the Valentine's Day menu or anything, and I know there's only so much you can do when it rains -- but I was not expecting the level of noise nor how packed the space was for dinner. It felt way too cramped and uncomfortable, and I can imagine overwhelming for the staff. I also felt like the food was disappointing because of how packed the space was. They ran out of the lobster bisque that was on the menu. My partner's vegetables on her shortrib were cold, and she felt like there were some pieces in her salad that were odd. Also it felt like the shrimp in the shrimp cocktail had been frozen. Finally, the dessert felt overcooked so it was dry on the outside and the lava in the middle wasn't lava. It felt disappointing, and it left us not wanting to come back. I don't fault the staff for how cramped and busy it was. However, it felt like the restaurant was not properly prepared for how busy Valentine's Day was going to be and the food suffered for it.

This was our first trip to House of Oliver. We loved being in the back room and having double tables. The food was delicious, and the live entertainment was excellent!! We will definitely go back soon.

We unexpectedly double tipped. This was unintentional but didn’t realiothe 30% tip was already included. This wasn’t shared when we received the tab. Of course we should have looked closer at the bill but we made an assumption the amount was only for the dinner and not the tip. Slightly disappointed on our neglect to look closer. Thank you!

The food was poor for a special Valantine Day's special. They was not ready for people to arrive and it was just no good. I was totally surprised their act was so not together.
