We had a party of 4. Two of us ordered naked wings and the wings were over fried, hardly any meat and shriveled up. My husband ordered the boneless wings and two of his were just the fried dough pieces. Not great quality for the price but our server was sweet

Service was terrible. Waitress would go to table next to us and total ignore our table. It was our first and last time there.

We had made a reservation for 4 at the Brandon Hooters. We arrived right at the time of our reservation and attempted to make our way to what we assumed was the hostess stand. When asked how many in our party, we alerted them we had a reservation for 4 to which they replied “No you don’t. We don’t take reservations.” At that time a leader/manager approached asking what was happening. I showed him our reservation on the Open Table app and he walked away. We waited another few minutes, where we just stood in a mass of people with no acknowledgement or communication. Another hostess/waitress approached, asking the hostess what was happening, to which she responded, “I don’t know. They think they have a reservation and they don’t.” At that moment there was nothing that could have been done to save this experience and we left, taking our business elsewhere.

Waitress was very sweet. She would’ve had more time to attend to our table had there not been some sort of altercation between the workers in the back. People started yelling at one another and a taller balding man with a goatee was yelling at the employees (maybe a manager?) he later awkwardly came over and stood at our table. It was awkward and uncomfortable. I think he was coming to damage control but he didn’t seem in control of himself so instead he just stood there menacingly and asked our daughter if she liked her burger and then walked away. It was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional and after 15 years as a manager in customer service myself I would never hire that man, let alone allow him any sort of supervisory positive. Regardless of his involvement in whatever happened, he did not handle it appropriately and left the entire restaurant feeling off, but especially my family because we were right in the middle of it. If I wanted to watch people fight during dinner I would stay home and turn on the TV. Shame on that man.

This hooters does not take reservations from opentable. I showed them on my phone that I was able to make reservations but they would not accept it and I had to wait. Someone screwed up hooters or opentable?

Will Not Go Back. Nothing Spectacular Or Amazing About The Atmosphere. The Host Told Me They Don’t Take Reservations After I Was Able To Make One And She Told Me I Didn’t Know What I Was Talking About. Food Was Ok But Nothing Extremely Flavorful. Purchased 2 Adult Drinks That Had ZERO Alcohol In Them. And For The Price Of The Food It’s Definitely Not Worth It. I Left Feeling Like I Should’ve Celebrated My Birthday Somewhere Else.
