El Homer St Cafe and Bar es un restaurante moderno ubicado en 2 de los edificios más emblemáticos de Vancouver: el histórico Homer Building y el nuevo edificio Beasley, en el distrito de Yaletown de Vancouver. Nice vibe, lovely. Food was very good and we were given a free dessert when one of the side dishes wasn't to our taste. Service was excellent, Tanya was lovely. Would highly recommend.

We came for brunch and had a great server. She was friendly and attentive to our table. The food including broccoli caesar salad, fried chicken and smoke salmon plates were all very tasty. The restaurant was full and lively but a bit loud as we had some difficulty chatting with each other. Overall we had a great experience with good service and food.

We enjoyed our dinner here((although this might have been a different review if we had been seated outdoor). Fortunately, a patio table was available on this surprisingly warm May evening. French fries appetizer was crispy and tasty, while mushroom and stinging nettle perogies and linguine were tasty and served in reasonable portions. My Caesar was garnished modestly with a crisscross of dill pickle; Manhattans were tasty and well-prepared. Service was cheerful and capable, but a little scattered, perhaps to be expected on a Friday night with a critical NHL semi-final on the screens. Good value for $$$-worth a visit🙂

Service was terrible, was rushed trying to order due to last call. Did not bring drinks quickly, server did not smile. One of our guests was intoxicated and treated terribly. There’s a nice way to say things and they were very rude. Went to the washroom and was glared at by server. Recommended a burger that was 86’d for the evening so did not have what we wanted. Would never go back or recommend to anyone 1star.

We sat outside in the street side patio area. Much quieter outside albeit some passing car sounds. Excellent place to people watch. Service was very friendly and attentive even though we were outside across the sidewalk. The food was superb.

Upscale bar food/comfort menu that is very gluten friendly for those with Celiac disease. Awesome happy hour menu. Amazing and super friendly and helpful staff.

This was a super pleasant treat before an event at the Rogers arena! Happy hour is until 5:30, so it is nice to take advantage of that. The food was what I would consider upscale BBQ, but did not completely have the bbq profiles that I was hoping for. The food was great, just different than my expectations. The cashew and onion dip was amazing!

Waited over an hour and half for our food and then it was wrong and cold. Left within 15 mins of getting our food. Not sure what happened there yesterday but disappointed as usually quite good.

Previous experience was not great due to an unexpected upsell, but the management team were very understanding and accommodating. This visit was on par with many others I've had - excellent service, food and drinks. And sat in a different area of the restaurant that we loved! We received a little extra attention from the manager, which was very much appreciated.

The service we had last night was exceptional. Our waitress was great and took the time to get familiar with us. We have been many times and last night was one of the best dinners we have had here. Would recommend the seating up by the bar as it has a better vibe, but the kitchen seating is good as well.

The food was incredible, drinks were delicious and our server Sophie was lovely. We sad on the patio is the atmosphere was chill. It seemed a bit more lively (and loud) inside which is why we opted for the outdoor dining experience. I’d definitely recommend Homer Street!

Charming little restaurant in Yaletown. We booked a table for 3 and were seated at a very small table more suitable for 2 guests. Food was bistro style and quality. Tbh, was expecting a bit more for the price and reputation. Would be a great brunch or lunch spot, but just ok for dinner.

Absolutely love your restaurant and rarely sit in the cafe part. Did not realize how loud it is in there with the tiled floors and the tables so close. The women sitting beside us were literally yelling at each other to be heard. A bit unnerving. Tables too close together. Guy on the other side of us knocked his drink over and drenched us :) note to self, choose the dining room every time

Another memorable brunch at Homer Street Cafe. We sat at the bar and received 5 star service from Sefan and Abby. The cocktails were amazing and the food was oh so satisfying - as usual. Try the rigatoni carbonara. Soooo good. But what keeps us coming back time and again is the positive vibe and outstanding service. Thanks Stefan for taking such good care of us whenever we come in.

The Homer Street Cafe has become my go to place for brunch and dinner. The staff are fabulous and food is wonderful. As soon as I walk in the door the experience begins and lasts till I leave. My favourite place to sit is at the bar. Just love the dialogue with fellow diners and the bar staff. I will definitely be back.

We had a 7pm reservation that we made sure we were on time for, and we had a 10-15min wait for our table, which we know can happen. Staff was appologetic. The menu was a bit limited, and a smaller portioned meat option would be nice. Our server was amazing! The ribs I had were very good. Overall, the restaurant is way too noisy. We were shouting at each other over the music. Upon request, our server turned it down, but was told she could only turn it so low. It was still too loud to have a reasonable conversation at our table. There is no privacy as the tables are very close. With everyone talking so loudly, we can hear other tables' conversations. I can't see us returning again based on the noise level. It felt like we were in a bar, not an upper scale restaurant.
