Le chef exécutif Brent Pillon dirige une équipe talentueuse et dévouée qui se concentre sur la générosité locale. Les délicieux morceaux de viande et fruits de mer ont été soigneusement choisis afin de soutenir les pratiques de récolte éthique et durable dans les menus.
Les plats magnifiquement préparés complètent les vins. Ce restaurant est fier de mettre en valeur des combinaisons de saveurs intéressantes et des ingrédients traités simplement et avec respect.

Le Bistro dispose d'une magnifique salle à manger de 65 places, d'une terrasse inférieure et d'une terrasse supérieure offrant une vue imprenable sur le lac Okanagan (terrasse supérieure ouverte en saison).

Venue lacks a view of the lake, rather you have a view of the HVAC system. The food was decent but not outstanding. They up charge for basics like bread and again for any oil / balsamic to go with it. In the end the price you pay exceeds the quality of the food.

Had a lovely afternoon. Food was great in general with a couple of glitches that were fixed immediately. Service was excellent. We’ll definitely be back. Looking forward to enjoying the outdoor patio

A wonderful afternoon of excellent food and wine in a charming setting. There was a pleasing variety of choices within the set two course meal and everything was both flavourful and beautifully presented. Delightful waitstaff and a pleasant setting - beyond expectation!

Brought my staff team for a dinner to Hillside and we were all impressed from the moment we drove up to the beautiful, dark wood structure. Great service, wine, food, and ambiance. We’ll definitely be back again the next time we’re in Okanagan.

With the exception of the bread, the food proportions were small, the price expensive, and the flavour bland. The shareable olives had a pungent flavour that upset my stomach for the entire evening. The beet ricotta shareable was okay but barely enough for one person. For our main course, I had the gnocchi and it looked like it had been pre-prepared. My husband had the sable fish raviolo served in a broth. Both meals were served lukewarm to cold.

We do hope you will give us another chance in the future to redeem ourselves for a proper Hillside experience :)

The foraged mushrooms, sablefish, scallops, and pork belly were all outstanding. Lovely staff. Great patio with lake views.
