Cuisine moderne, inspirée du Sud Mis à part le cocktail classique, le highball est également le signal qui indique au conducteur de train qu'il peut partir à pleine vitesse. C'est ainsi que d'abondantes récoltes du centre de la Floride étaient déplacés entre les champs et les tables et il s'agit d'un symbole iconique de la puissance agricole de la région. Highball & Harvest (H & H) rend hommage à ce patrimoine, avec des menus remplis d'ingrédients provenant des fermes locales, ainsi que des propres efforts jardiniers du restaurant. Des produits frais sont cueillis dans le jardin de 7000 pieds carrés, situé à Murmure Creek Farm, propriété du restaurant. Afin de créer une aventure culinaire toute aussi inspirante que mémorable, les cocktails, préparés à la main, sont infusés de fruits et d'herbes fraîches. Le valet parking est disponible et sera validé par le restaurant.

It is an excellent restaurant. The service and food are over the top. It is a great place for a romantic dinner or ladies night out.

Amazing spot! Good was incredible for Mother’s Day Brunch and the amount of stations were endless! Beautiful spread, ambience and amazing service. Will return for a casual dinner ASAP. Highly recommend.

Everything was fantastic! Our favorite restaurant on the entire property. The fried green tomatoes, shishitos, Brussels and wings were delicious and our server was incredibly attentive and helpful

Great food and service. Very creative menu. We almost didn’t go because open table was not showing availability but since we were staying at the hotel we took a walk down and there were a number of tables available . Highly recommend,

The Highball & Harvest is a great place for lunch or dinner. The interior is beautiful and well designed. The menu is well composed and everything tastes amazing. I have been here 3 times in three days (work conference) and every time it was great.

A wonderful meal, and a beautiful locale. Our waiter greeted us by name, and proceeded to tell us all about the menu very enthusiastically. The chicken and the skirt steak were exceptional along with the Sushido peppers. Expensive but well worth the money.

This is our 4th or 5th visit to Highball and Harvest for dinner. We sit outside in a beautiful setting. For locals it is important that our valet parking is free. The service is outstanding. Our shared Brussels Sprouts appetizer was inspired and more than enough for the 2 of us to share. The entrees, halibut and trout were beautifully presented but flavor was lacking. Dessert which was a chocolate strawberry shortcake was gorgeous and delicious. Our cocktails were ok and very pricey. Overall, we felt that the entrees, though pleasing to the eye, should have been tastier. Same with the cocktails. The price and selection of wines by the glass was acceptable.
