Cuisine moderne, inspirée du Sud Mis à part le cocktail classique, le highball est également le signal qui indique au conducteur de train qu'il peut partir à pleine vitesse. C'est ainsi que d'abondantes récoltes du centre de la Floride étaient déplacés entre les champs et les tables et il s'agit d'un symbole iconique de la puissance agricole de la région. Highball & Harvest (H & H) rend hommage à ce patrimoine, avec des menus remplis d'ingrédients provenant des fermes locales, ainsi que des propres efforts jardiniers du restaurant. Des produits frais sont cueillis dans le jardin de 7000 pieds carrés, situé à Murmure Creek Farm, propriété du restaurant. Afin de créer une aventure culinaire toute aussi inspirante que mémorable, les cocktails, préparés à la main, sont infusés de fruits et d'herbes fraîches. Le valet parking est disponible et sera validé par le restaurant.

Dined here while staying at the Ritz Carlton Orlando, food was good but the service from Mario our server was outstanding, Mario recommended some fantastic cocktails and was Five stars!!

There were 6 of us and it was my husband’s birthday. Our server was awesome! She even told us to goes watch the flame thrower outside while we were waiting for our food. We would have missed it if she didn’t tell us. It was a great show. The food was excellent. The whole family were impressed. We even were able to catch the fireworks after we ate before the dessert. Great dining experience. I would definitely recommend H&H and would go back any chance I could.

Highball & Harvest was the highlight of our stay at The Ritz. The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and very attentive. The food was phenomenal and fairly priced for the quality and portion sizes. We had thought the Knife and Spoon upstairs would be the finer dining option, but it was actually louder and less intimate than HH. We’ll definitely be returning for date night, even when not staying on property.

I was pleasantly surprised at how delicious our food and drinks tasted. Our Server was attentive and engaging. We will definitely be back.

It is an excellent restaurant. The service and food are over the top. It is a great place for a romantic dinner or ladies night out.

Amazing spot! Good was incredible for Mother’s Day Brunch and the amount of stations were endless! Beautiful spread, ambience and amazing service. Will return for a casual dinner ASAP. Highly recommend.

Everything was fantastic! Our favorite restaurant on the entire property. The fried green tomatoes, shishitos, Brussels and wings were delicious and our server was incredibly attentive and helpful
