Our first visit to Hennen’s was a very good experience. The food was excellently prepared and service was great and not pushy. We had the scallops and steak Oscar and was exceptional! For dessert be sure to order the sticky toffee carrot cake which was unusual and delicious. Highly recommend this restaurant for a nice evening out.

The overall experience at Hennen's was excellent. The food was perfectly prepared and the taste was extraordinary. From the appetizer through main course to dessert, each dish was unique and tasted fantastic. I've eaten at enough fine dining restaurants to know when a place has an excellent chef... and Hennen's does! You will not be disappointed!

The service was outstanding without being too overall formal as at a traditional steakhouse. The food was very good. They will work very hard to accommodate people with severe food allergies.

An amazing steak and seafood restraunt. Nothing disappoints. Definitely a not miss spot. The scallops and the crabcake were excellent. Dessert was over the top as well. If you are nnear Chattanooga, GO!

It was our 10 Year Wedding Anniversary and I wanted the best steakhouse in town and this was definitely it! We got the Ribeye and Salmon w/ Risotto and Loaded Baked Potato and Crème Brûlée. The food DID NOT DISAPPOINT. 💯 Only issue we came across was our server, she must’ve been new or not fully trained. She did not check on us but ONE time our entire visit. I tried to signal her but still nothing.

We first came to Hennen’s last summer during a weekend getaway. Everywhere needed a reservation but we managed to get a seat at the bar. We were blown away by the best steak we’ve ever had. We live in Nashville and have since tried several steakhouses in town but none have lived up to Hennen’s. So when we came back for an overnight in Chattanooga I immediately made a reservation. Once again, it did not disappoint! Excellent food, service, and location. Also the crab cakes were excellent, as were the house made fries. We’ll definitely be back!

We’re locals and Hennen’s is one of our go to restaurants. The customer service is always top notch. They go out of their way to make each dining experience the very best that it can be. On top of that, the food is some of the best you will find! My husband and I typically choose the seafood but you honestly can’t go wrong with anything on the menu. If you’re thinking about going then you absolutely should give it a try. You will not be disappointed.

We ate here before Christmas and were pleasantly surprised with our meals. So we were looking forward to another great time. Unfortunately it was not the case. Taking it off our list,no excuses, steak,no,crabcake no,snapper with no skin,not! I don't know what happened.

We had a group of 7 in town for a conference. We enjoyed at great meal and fellowship. The staff was attentive to our needs and made the evening great. And the food was superb. I highly recommend!

My partner and I had dinner for my birthday. Our server was Ruth, and she was amazing! She was kind, knowledgeable, and quick! She really elevated the experience for us! We had the bruschetta for our appetizer. The portioning was spot on for the price, and the fish itself was perfectly crafted so that each bite had a taste of everything. We had the Short Rub and the Flounder for our entrees. Both dishes were above and beyond my expectations. The portions were large, and the flavors were exquisite! The atmosphere was also incredible! It was clearly a busy Saturday night, yet it felt like we reserved the place to ourselves. The noise was minimal, and the lighting perfect. Overall, this was the absolute best birthday dinner experience. 10/10

Just a short walk from the Edwin Hotel, Hennen’s did not disappoint! All four of us had delicious meals. Hard pressed to say which was best since we each enjoyed what we ordered so much. Great service with a birthday dessert to boot! Pleasantly surprised when the bill came. Very reasonable & yummy! We’ll recommend to anyone heading to ‘Nooga. We will be back.

Our steaks were incredible- cooked perfectly. Our server, John, was really attentive and provided us with excellent service. Salads were extra good….& the cinnamon donut holes for dessert were so good!

I had flounder and it was overcooked. It was a very expensive meal and I ate it, but it was not worth what I paid for. The good part about it is the waitress did take it off of my bill and I did not have to pay for it. I have eaten there several times and it is always been good, but this was not a good experience.

By myself, attending the Symphony, dinner before. I am not usually comfortable eating by myself in an upscale restaurant but I felt pampered and taken care of. Ordered Filet and 2 side scallops with an loaded baked potato and an appetizer of grilled bread/tomatoes. Everything delicious and it the wine list paired perfectly. I never felt rushed even though I was at a 4 person table. I will be back!

Our waiter was very kind and knowledgeable of the r menu. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. I also had 2 Old Fashioned’s and they were the best I’ve ever had. The Comfortably Numb drink was also amazing.
