Inspired by El Floridita, Hemingway’s favorite haunt in old-town Havana, The Pearl Hotel's signature restaurant offers a comfortable, communal ambiance full of life and steeped in the joy of living, eating and drinking well.

Enjoy Gulf Coast Americana cuisine with Caribbean influences that is also seamlessly merged with a contemporary local philosophy as meats, fish and produce are harvested from family-owned, small-producers on the Gulf Coast.

This was our third time at Havana’s. The service and food was excellent! Superior to every other high end restaurant we visited in the Rosemary beach area. They have a great menu, nice atmosphere and great staff.

The service meal and drinks were all five star We had dinner loved it so much we mentioned to our waitress we would love to come back for breakfast She not only got us breakfast menu she booked our reservation at our table of chose Now thats service PS Breakfast was amazing as well

Seating is on the front porch street level and not on a rooftop. The pictures can mislead you to think you'll be rooftop, but it's not rooftop. The porch can be warm in the early evening and noisy. The staff were a bit snarky as well. I would not go back.

We booked online for rooftop dinning according to the rooftop menu. When we arrived, the roof top was closed and we had to sit main level. A different menu all together, nothing we liked, after we just drove over an hour to get there. We were told we would receive free dessert for our anniversary, that never happened either. Poor service and bad communication.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed a fabulous dinner with fantastic experience! It was his birthday and our waiter kindly treated us to a homemade cupcake. Cocktails were high quality and delicious. 10/10 recommend!

First off they sat us outside in a corner with no lights and no heaters. When we asked the waitress for light she laughed. Food took 2 hours to arrive, and when it finally showed up it was cold! Keep in mind I did ask our waitress to check on our food, and her response again was my job is to put in the order the rest is up to the kitchen. That would explain why our steaks were over cooked and cold!!

We were very much looking forward to this dinner w/ our family, however, we ended up being severely frustrated & disappointed! Not sure if the waiter was new or busy, but he seemed extremely distracted & inattentive! Our reservations were at 5:15PM & we were seated & had ordered drinks/appetizers by 5:30PM. With that being said, we did not get our meal until 7:45PM. The more frustrating part was no one came by to tell us what the problem was or what was going on. My husband finally flagged the waiter down to have him merely say in an unapologetic & condescending manner “I don’t know I’ll check on it & ask a manager.” The manager finally came to our table & apologized only to offer us a free dessert. Not nearly enough to compensate for the very poor & underwhelming experience especially when dining out w/ a 5 year old in my opinion. The restaurant & surrounding areas were beautiful & I only wish our dinner/food experience would’ve been the same caliber!

Not for discerning diners. Margaritas and service at the bar great. Downhill from there. Waiter took our drink order which took too long to arrive. Salad boring, and pork pocket appetizer was cold. Main course arrived before we finished appetizers. Bronzino was delicious but not served on a hot plate (inexcusable). Broccolini arrived cold. Cheese grits arrived after we finished our dinner. Waiter was not attentive and clearly handling too many tables. This place is great for drinks, atmosphere and socializing. But do not expect much at the dinner table. Overall, the dining experience was disappointing.

Outside area under construction when we visited which was disappointing. Bloody Mary’s at the bar were great. Two orders of eggs benedict looked great but the eggs were way overcooked. Made it quite dry. Cuban sandwich was fine, although the Black Forest ham seemed out of place. Too sweet, would have preferred a more savory sandwich. We will go back for sure, this one was just a bit of a miss.

This was our first trip to Rosemary Beach. We are foodies, so when we travel, we really like to enjoy our meals. Havana Beach was the best meal we had while on this trip. Every bite was amazing. Our server was exceptional and did a great job of recommending dishes. Each plate had something special and the flavors danced on our palettes. Exceptional meal. Exceptional experience.
