    Im großen und ganzen hat es uns gefallen. Der Laden ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Bin aber gerne in den HRC wo immer es mich auch hinverschlägt. Was mich jedoch verwundert hat ist, dass hier keiner vom Personal deutsch kann. Hier ging alles nur auf Englisch. Vielleicht kann das ja vom HRC mal jemand kommentieren. Fand ich persönlich jedenfalls nicht so gut. Aber es waren alle höflich und es ging alles schnell.👍

    Hallo, vielen Dank für dein Feedback und deiner Bewertung. Leider ist es nach Covid fast unmöglich geworden Personal zu finden, geschweige denn deutschprachiges. Deutsche Bewerber können wir an einer Hand abzählen. Auch wenn es nicht ideal ist, so habe ich lieber zuverlässiges Personal - die alle einen Deutschkurs besuchen - als gar kein Personal. Wir hoffen dich denoch wieder bei uns begrüssen zu dürfen. Alles Liebe Kristina

    Nice place with good food and very fast service. Prices however are not normal (tol high) for an American food restaurant.

    Disappointing, compared to other Hard Rock Cafes we've been to this had none of the vibe but still much the same cost. Much less interesting memorabilia about, music on screens was uninspiring, and the staff completely lacked the energy, fun and customer attentiveness that we found in London and Hamburg. Outdoor seating on the balcony is different but you entirely miss out on the high energy and decorations that are what people seek from a Hard Rock Cafe. Don't know if the other Hard Rock near Checkpoint Charlie is any better but maybe try that one before this one if in Berlin.

    Sehr freundliche Bedienung, das Essen war sehr gut und wurde auch sehr schnell serviert. Leider war unser Tisch im Eingangsbereich und nicht wie gewünscht in dem ruhigen Bereich am hinteren Ende des Restaurants.

    Servers are helpful. Decided to try the Messi burgers, and chicken sandwich. Very tasty, nearly as good as the legendary burger, and nice for a change. Beer and cocktails good too, had an expresso martini and a Bahama Mama.
