The “fresh” fish was actually from frozen and the batter had become brittle in the freezer. Overall a very bad main course. Chowder and pizzas were OK. Service was excellent.

Expectations were high which I guess serves us right to expect so much from a hotel restaurant, then again usually hotel restaurants are for the most part a bit more attentive and considerate because they are dealing with hotel guests but the dinner was bland, the steak I almost choked on and the Mac and cheese was one of the WORST Mac and cheese that I have ever had. Cute for a little coffee outside when it’s warm but for a new years experience not at something that would be repeated.

I ordered an overpriced fish dish which was for some reason, deep fried and very hard to crack open. Once I found the fish inside it was tasteless, all 2oz of it. However, the tiramisu was very good.

We were looking for a late night bite and didn’t feel like adventuring out into the city. dinner was delicious. We had a lovely view and super convenient.

The food was amazing with the exception of the boston cream pie. It was good, but a bit dry. The service was wonderful and the view is really something - we were there at night and the lights of the city over the water were beautiful. The only real complaint I have is that the tables are very close to each other. It makes for uncomfortable conversation when you know the people right next to you can hear every word you are saying and you can hear what they are saying. Not much privacy.

Staff were extremely attentive. Food excellent. There were 10 of us,so attention to detail was important. The pinot grigio was perfect. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Nice ambiance by the harbor. A little short staffed. The bread and chocolate cake were very good. The gnocchi were gummy and the vegan cheese that they were nice to substitute was slightly burnt.

We loved the place! The views of Boston are spectacular, waiters are very friendly and food is super delicious. We had very good seafood and burgers. We'll definitely come back.

The view is nice. The food was decent. The service was atrocious. Our server was Laura. She didn’t have the usual attitude, she was just outright mean. We came for a 33 year anniversary dinner. Luckily we had a group of good people who chose to ignore how mean/nasty she was. We actually had a few good laughs over it. Overall I’d recommend the restaurant but next time I would ask for a new server rather than put up with being treated poorly. We normally tip 20-25%. Because she was so mean we left it at the mandatory 18%. She tried hard to ruin the evening but didn’t succeed.

They were out of a very common wine by the glass the nite we were there. We both ordered the chicken club sandwich and both orders came out incorrectly. Also the chicken was very overdone. On the plus side the view of the Boston Harbor was fantastic.

The location of the Harborside Grill was perfect for our needs. We wanted to have dinner with a friend who was passing through Logan on her way home. That worked out well. The view from our window table was a harbor view and there were outside seating as well. We had a wonderful conversation with our friend. The food was good, but our server was absentminded. The slow service was not a problem for us, because we were enjoying our conversation. The setting by the harbor was delightful.

Martini was way OVERPRICED for the amount you received. Kitchen was nice enough to split our Wedge Salad onto 2 Plates. Seafood Platter very good. Waiter service was spotty.

I can’t think of another place that has better outdoor — and indoor — views of the city skyline and harbor, thanks to their NOT placing the typical ubiquitous umbrellas on all the tables. Always our go-to place for a great sunset city view. Service is friendly and very accommodating to special requests. And parking is only $5, if you are just coming for a meal. The food is good and there are inspired and reliable choices. The prices aren’t crazy. After dinner, take a mile-long stroll along the waterfront to Piers Park and learn about East Boston’s place in maritime history. I always recommend it to friends who get stuck a Logan for several hours: just take the free shuttle over and leave your bags with the bellman. Also ferries and water taxis serve the dock next door. So easy access without a car from Boston.

We love this hotel…their service is 5 star…the restaurant, however is one star if that!! Food is delicious! You may wait a long time for it and our appetizers came way before our wine.breakfast we ordered cappuccino and it took 15 minutes..totally inefficient service. Nice hostess and she was very kind in letting us put two tables together so we could both see the harbor. Something is lacking in management. Seems to be confusion and disconnect. Otherwise, the food is delicious and the view very beautiful oh Boston harbor

Excellent view. Very good food. Service was slightly off but not bad. We had the artisan bread, steak, salmon and impossible burger. Everyone was happy.

The restaurant was "hyped" as being more than it really is (it is not elegant). Service was efficient and pleasant and the food was average. Served the purpose for an airport hotel restaurant.

Food was great, apparently having a reservation has mo value as it has in other restaurants. The hostess didn’t appear to have a list of reservations and the preferences, we had to wait in a frantic waitress/hostess atmosphere. However the food was great.

We had an excellent meal last night and we had outstanding service by Adrianna, our waitress. We started with clam chowder and homemade onion rings with a horse radish dip. The salmon glazed with soy and ginger and stir fry veggies was wonderful. My husband had the BLT lobster sandwich which is a large portion. My daughter and her friend split the lobster BLT and chicken fingers. We have had dinner here before and the service is 10 out of 10, the food is 10 out of 10, and we love the ambiance in the summer sitting outside with the fire pit and the view of Boston. We also had a view of Boston from the floor to ceiling glass windows. Thank you for another great meal at the Harborside Grill!!’

Great place for dinner if you are waiting for a flight, waiting to meet someone arriving, or just want a great view of waterfront from across Boston Harbor. Take the ferry from Boston Harbor Hotel directly to the grill and avoid traffic

I do understand the circumstances, they were understaffed but upon arrival for our reservation we were sat 30 minutes after, received menus 20 minutes after and had to pull a waiter to try & place an order around 11:15 to then be told the kitchen had ran out of food and was only serving deserts…not a great experience whatsoever but again I understand the the situation the staff was going through
