Opened in November 2010, Hakkasan Mayfair is the second London edition to the acclaimed Hakkasan brand. Innovatively created cocktails and a unique wine list, are combined with carefully chosen dim sum and Chinese dishes that are ever changing, dynamic and new. The result is authentic Cantonese cooking with a contemporary flare – at once subtle and thrilling - and all made with the best ingredients. Hakkasan Mayfair is set over two floors. The lower ground floor invites the guest to the traditional Hakkasan setting, surrounded by intricate wooden screens allowing intimate dining, whilst, the ground floor brings a combination of relaxed atmosphere and a vibrant bar encouraging guests to indulge in an inspired environment. Food was pretty good however the service was poor. Waited 45 minutes at the bar for my table. Once seated the service was slow and inattentive.

Great experience with good food. Only let down I would say is the time it takes to bring out the food.

Un menú muy original y sabroso con opción de varios platillos tipo degustación , precios altos de acuerdo a otros lugares similares una muy rápida atención y servicio excelente poco ruidoso!

We nearly walked out...incents burning at the entrance is the worst idea for the food restaurant, especially for people with hayfever. I could taste any food really as a result as the smell was strong and lingering everywhere. The waiter was close to be called arrogant...and off putting so much that my husband didn't even bother to order wine. The food was nothing special at all. Nothing stood out. I am not suprised the restaurant lost the Michelin star, been in various Michelin start restaurants and remeber all with fondess and hope to return. This experience I just want to forget.

The atmosphere is bad, the noise level is very high, the ceiling is very low, and the tables are uncomfortable. However, the food is ok.

Only thing I would reconsider is the 11pm seating option since they closed the kitchen and bar 15 min after we got there

They listened to all my request and although we weren’t spending a lot of money like other guest in the evening they still treated us with full respect which i really appreciate
