Opened in November 2010, Hakkasan Mayfair is the second London edition to the acclaimed Hakkasan brand. Innovatively created cocktails and a unique wine list, are combined with carefully chosen dim sum and Chinese dishes that are ever changing, dynamic and new. The result is authentic Cantonese cooking with a contemporary flare – at once subtle and thrilling - and all made with the best ingredients. Hakkasan Mayfair is set over two floors. The lower ground floor invites the guest to the traditional Hakkasan setting, surrounded by intricate wooden screens allowing intimate dining, whilst, the ground floor brings a combination of relaxed atmosphere and a vibrant bar encouraging guests to indulge in an inspired environment. Very dry chicken main course Service good V good cocktails and service Won’t be rushing back. I’ve been before and it wasn’t how i remember it. Shame

Food excellent as usual. Service morose and not a smile in sight except young lady in red dress who was happy. Our server totally disinterested. Reception had 3 ladies working who again were pretty disinterested. No one in charge of restaurant at all. Had to ask to have our table cleaned. Need a manager!!!

Sat at my table for 20 mins before I had a waiter come to me. The table next to me said they waited 30 mins to get their dim sum. I had to flag down a busser to ask to get a drink. When they found someone l, that person was annoyed. Normally, I ignore service reviews on OT, but it sounds like this is the norm at this place. Drinks: In the Clouds: 8.5/10. Little sweet, but presentation + unique flavors = ordering two of them. Food: Dim sum was dry: 5/10 Duck salad was good: 7/10 Ribs: 9.8/10 — changed my overall rating from a 1/5 for the restaurant to a 3/5 stars. Ice cream ball (not sure what they called it): 9.5/10. One of my favorite desserts in recent memory. If you’re not hungry and don’t mind the rude staff, I’d suggest going

We have been dining at Hakkasan restaurants all around the world including Miami, Istanbul, Bodrum and London (both Mayfair and Soho). Tbh the best tasting food is always in London compared to other locations we visited. We are fans of the Hakkasan food and recommend anybody who like well seasoned and mildly spiced fusion Asian plates.

For such a high-end restaurant, the service could do with sharpening up and the staff be a little more engaging with their diners rather than robotic!"

Food was pretty good however the service was poor. Waited 45 minutes at the bar for my table. Once seated the service was slow and inattentive.

Our experience was top class , lovely friendly front of house& our waiter was superb. They were so attentive & kept our carafes of wine lovely & chilled. Food was exceptional,we had the sat menu but choice was plentiful! Thanks will return again.
