I had a wonderful experience last night. Was able to get a 645 reservation at 6:30 which was so surprising. Service was excellent as was the food. My husband had the fillet and I had to seafood pasta. Both were delicious. Our waitress was friendly and and we want to go there or frequently then we do.

We love Guppy’s restaurant, have been coming here since 1997. Our favorite seafood restaurant in Indian Rocks Beach.We have always been served amazing food and are welcomed and served by a friendly staff. Love to try the special of the day . Have excellent Sangria. We enjoyed the Surf and Turf on Mother’s Day along with the Shrimp Cobb salad, and Lobster Bisque and Lobster Risotto. Everyone was pleased with their meals. We highly recommend this restaurant. Came back for lunch had short rib tacos and Mahi with lemon caper sauce with brown rice and asparagus. Excellent lunch.

We have been living in this area for 34 years. Guppy’s has been one of the best places to go in and have a great dinner experience. It never gets old and their menu is fantastic!!

Had a 6:15 PM reservation and they kept us waiting after just telling us they were cleaning our table. Others came in without a reservation behind us and they were sat before us. Manager has very poor people skills. He was at the podium and rarely made eye contact and never smiled. We have eaten here before at the bar, but this was the worst experience yet.

We went for Mother’s Day, and everyone’s dinner was amazing . Very pleased with food and service. Menu always has many items to choose from and specials are favorite to try. Always enjoy coming to Guppy’s and always look forward to returning. Surf and turf was are favorite for today. Excellent

Great food! Love the lobster bisque!! My husband had grouper piccata that was outstanding. The service is consistently good. I have grown to expect a good experience always at Guppy’s 😍

First time lunch visit. Excellent in every step of seating to service to waitress service. The food was high level !! Appropriate portions and flavorful.

Food as also was outstanding! Served piping hot every time!!! Would like to see a higher level of dining experience. Staff service was level of a diner ambiance was also low - noise loud no white noise in background . If you are going for a special dinner request out door seating. Food is outstanding which is why we keep going back!

Absolutely great food! Everything from appetizers to entrees were cooked perfectly. Food arrived quickly. Waitress was a little slow in bringing our beverages and not real attentive in between but it was pretty busy in the place. Had a very good experience overall.

Been going to this local favorite for decades. When I have visitors in town I tend to bring them there for a nice lunch sitting outside. Food and service won’t disappoint!

Food was somewhat disappointing. The raw oysters were disgusting. The look was bad & one was the size of a baseball. I was grossed out. My husband ate them. I would not touch them. Kinda ruined the meal for me.

Made a reservation for 8:45pm and table was ready within 2 minutes of check-in. Waitress was there promptly, water in had ready to take a drink order. I ordered the swordfish and my daughter ordered the grouper. Both came out in about 15 minutes and were 5 star. I'm a real swordfish fan and I've eaten more than my fair share. This was easily in the top 2 or 3 that I've ever had and that's going back over 50 years.

Great meal. Great service. One of my favorite restaurants in the area. I had Mahi Mahi grilled and it was cooked perfectly. My husband had the Mahi & scallop duo and he said it was excellent. Can’t wait to go back

Food was mostly very good as usual. We asked for salads with dressing in the side but they came dressed. My husband couldn’t eat it. Given that the other food had arrived, he opted for the server to taint off our check. We were celebrating my mom’s birthday and were offered a free dessert—the tiramisu was excellent.

The food was delicious. Don’t skip the Lobstercsrgot. That is worth the trip alone. The service was amazing. She was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through the menu well. The atmosphere was delightful. Busy but not chaotic. Top pick of the area!

I think it was just an off night. Overcrowded, understaffed. Our server did best she could and it wasn’t her fault.

Food and table service are always outstanding. My only complaint is one of the managers here is ALWAYS grumpy, a gentleman (term I use loosely). Seems like he’d be better suited for the back of the house but I’ve just learned to not speak to him or make eye contact. He’s been here for years and we’ve just leaned to completely ignore him (we’re IRB locals and come quite often to Guppy’s)
