In the last four decades Gulliver’s Restaurant has became one of the most popular Prime Rib Restaurant in Southern California.
Gulliver’s hand-selected beef (corn-belt) is slow roasted in a unique patented oven system to assure flavorful, tender and juicy Prime Rib dinners. Gulliver's Restaurant is well known also for its other specialties as in-house aged Prime Steaks, Chateaubriand, Salmon, Rack of Lamb, Baby Back Ribs and roasted Long Island Duck.
As you walk into a Gulliver's you will feel as though you have entered back in time to 18th century England. Guests at the Gulliver’s are surrounded by a veritable museum of leaded glass pieces, pewter and ceramic objects, and a collection of prints from Hogarth, Rowlandson and other Gulliver’s Travels illustrators.
The Portions are huge, the service is gracious and friendly, and most importantly, the beef is cooked to perfection.

We went to celebrate our anniversary and everyone made us feel special. Our server went above and beyond for us. The food was delicious and plenty of it. I had the lunch cut prime rib and my husband had the prime rib sandwich. Both were fantastic. They gave us a lovely piece of cake with a candle to celebrate. The hostess greeted us warmly and chatted with us a bit. We truly enjoyed our lunch and all that went with it. We will be back soon!!!

I ordered the rib bones. Too salty and generally uninteresting. The BBQ sauce made them tolerable, but still not enjoyable. The twice baked potato was dried out and also uninteresting: I’ve purchased more appealing twice baked potatoes in the frozen food section of the grocery store. My drink was OK (a Sidecar) and the peanut Cole slaw was pretty tasty. Overall, not a place I would ever return to, even if friends really wanted to give it a try.

Service was great! We had Tony and he was awesome, however the food however was really disappointing. We have been here before about 2 years ago and remember it being good. This time, Our party got the chicken and the ribs. The meat on both dishes was very dry and the flavor was not the best. The green beans and the creamed corn were very good though. Portion sizes are also good. Other than that, it was not worth the prices you pay.

Our experience this time around, did not disappoint. The hostess and wait staff were exceptional. The quality of the food and temperature upon delivery, were excellent. We enjoy visiting this establishment twice per year.

There to celebrate a birthday. Stayed with the food that Gulliver's is known for: Prime Rib. It was just like we remembered. The food was great and the service was excellent. Enjoyed coming back to Gulliver's.

We decided to eat in the bar even though I had reservations for the inside. We wanted to order a prime rib sandwitch which is only available in the bar. Our meal was fabulous as usual. We love Gullivers

Our usual excellent experience at Gulliver's. We have been coming here 35+ years and never tire of it. The only issue this visit was that the soup was served lukewarm. Other than that, the meal was excellent, the service was top-notch, and we will continue not only to make this a go-to spot for special evenings, but to recommend it to one and all.

We had a party of nine for an incredible Easter Sunday brunch. A special thanks to the staff for providing us with a great time. The menu featured everything from classic eggs benedict to steaks and their famous prime rib.

Gulliver’s Restaurant was a comfortable and relaxing dining experience with delicious food and amazing service. Shane took care of us the whole night and made us feel very welcome and satisfied. Our favorite plate was the Surf and Turf and the crème brûlée was amazing. The creamed corn was also extremely tasty. Thank you for a great night of feasting and fun.

Gulliver’s has been our go-to restaurant for most anniversaries for uh, er…MANY years, after our first anniversary dinner there in the 1970s. We always enjoy the prime rib with creamed corn, spinach and Yorkshire pudding. While political correctness and wokism has robbed the charm of their serving wenches and glubdubdrib salads, now simply servers and house salads respectively, what has not changed is the perfectly prepared prime rib—whether you love end cuts (before the bell rings), generous or more modest cuts, and the aforementioned sides, all included as popular and delectable additions. One of the things we love about Gulliver’s is that you can be confident in knowing exactly what you’ll be getting, as to menu options and ambiance, as well as quality of both food and service. Finally, the English Trifle desert is not to be missed.

This place is a gem for OC. It’s our place to go to for prime ribs, and the whole English fare experience. Our server Deborah is the best, but any server you get there is always awesome! These folks will go out of their way to take care of you! Highly recommended!

This place is way too old and dark and dingy, it’s opened since 1970 and I don’t think they have touched it since, my husband was so excited about getting Yorkshire pudding with beef plate for a $56 plate the food was really bad, the only thing that was good was the service everything else was very bad.

Everyone was great , from the hostess to the waiter . Shane was our waiter and was very friendly and attentive to our family. We had a 6 pm reservation , we showed up 30 minutes prior and where seated within a few min. I have been going there since I was a kid and now I take my family.

Rachelle was the best server. So attentive and friendly. She made great suggestions for wine and meal choices. The halibut was divine and the steak was perfectly cooked. Of course, the sides are always my favorite, especially their famous creamed corn!

Gulliver's is our go to place for prime rib. The prime rib comes with Yorkshire Pudding, Gulliver's creamed corn and creamed spinach. We split the Prime Rib and a Gulliver's salad, and it is more than enough for my wife and me. The food is outstanding. The service is incomparable. Tony is our favorite server and treats us like royalty. We ask ourselves why we don't dine here more often.

We go to the Five Crowns often, but thought we would try Gullivers for a change and we loved it Ilian the manager greeted us and was extremely friendly and made us feel like we were regulars very impressive ! Our server Rachelle was fantastic as she handled our order with finesse! the food was exquisite and beyond what we expected the cocktails that we ordered were delicious as well. We ordered two each. They were so good. We love the ambience and definitely will be coming back again and recommending others to do so. W Everything Entertainment, Inc e are an event company and would recommend Gullivers for special events also !

We were seated after waiting 10 minutes while others that arrived after us were seated before us. Mind you we had an 11:30 reservation. We were not welcomed so we left. I asked if it was because of our nationally that we were being treated this way. The hostess stated were mexican...not too sure what that meant. To make a long story short we left the restaurant.

What a wonderful old school experience of classic steakhouse. Prime rib was amazing and service was top notch. Our server Shane was attentive and shared many stories with us. Will definitely go back.

The food and beverages were wonderful! What made our night so special was the lady that took care of us. Her name is Rochelle and she was fabulous. She knows her business. When a couple of our guests asked questions about the food and preparation and this and that, she had the spot on answers! What a friendly, lovely lady. Our three ladies and three guys were very impressed. We are eagerly looking forward to our next visit to Gulliver’s. Thank you!

First of all, the service and staff were over-the-top helpful, fun and professional. We enjoyed their attention to every detail and made us feel so welcome. The prime rib was very good, and the rack of lamb was above average. All the side dishes are the favorite part of our meals.

We ordered prime rib and lamb chops. While they give you a decent amount of food for the money, both the prime rib and the lamb chops were very very bland tasting. It was like there were no spices at all used in the cooking. Spinach was overcooked like mush, however, their cream corn was fabulous.

On Valentine's Day, we was sat right away. Greeted by our waitress, she was very nice. Bread and refreshments was served right way. Our food was delicious and was brought to our table at a short timely manner. We ordered the Caesar salad, prime rib and filet mignon. They was seasoned and cooked to perfection. I cannot complain. I would definitely come back and recommend this place to some friends.

we arrived on time and immediately seated. staff instantly started the service. our waiter Tony was a true professional. Food was perfect. This was my first time here, what a plesant suprise. This is higher end dinning!

First time for us eating at Gullivers, since there were no dinner appointments available for Valentines we went for a late lunch and it could not have been any better. It was quiet and nicely decorated for Valentines. We did have to send our meat back to cook some more since we asked for medium and both dinners came to us pretty raw and not what we ordered. Other than that everything was wonderful.
