                          It was our first time visiting Grappa . We drove down from Buffalo as we were attending the show . The entire staff is super friendly and helpful. From the host to the manger and our outstanding server . The food , we both ordered a pasta dish with Golf shrimp. The shrimp was delicious but unfortunately the pasta was very bland , it said light garlic , it was more like no garlic or flavor . The bread brought to the table was yummy , but our starter Caesar salads were uninspired. I love a good Ceasar , this was not one of them . There was hardly any dressing on the salads , the flavor was almost non existent and the croutons were hard and flavorless. It’s such a shame because it was a nice place with exceptional service, but who wants to spend over a $100 on a meal that wasn’t satisfying or even good . Sorry

                          the service was extremely terrible my family had to literally get up just to go find us a server and we literally had to get someone for water and we had to go get someone for our check not ok at all

                          I made a reservation on OpenTable for Grappa. The reservation was for my mom's birthday. It was just us two. The host wished her a happy birthday as we walked in! Every staff member did as we interacted with them. The restaurant was amazingly cute and the food was insanely good. Neither of us could finish! Then they brought out a slice of cheesecake with a candle for mom! Absolutely amazing experience

                          Really enjoyed our visit to Grappa. Our last visit was 7 years ago before we moved south. Although it was a quiet night, I think the service would have been great even if it was busy. Our server Ryan and bartender Anthony attentive to our every need. Food was definitely above par. Will plan to go back here next time we are in town.

                          Restaurant Grappa is an exciting and pleasantly decorated venue with fabulous food. The bar is extensive. The wait staff is attentive and can make excellent menu suggestions. We had dinner, coffee and dessert; a homemade gelato that was honestly the best I have had anywhere. Breakfast the next morning was just as delicious, with many items to choose from. The yogurt bowl was served with fresh berries. Delicious. We are looking forward to our next trip to Rochester, and to Grappa’s Restaurant.

                          The vegetarian selections were excellent, the wait staff was very friendly and attentive. All in all a very enjoyable evening.

                          We had to wait for our table for almost 30 minutes. The table was close to the kitchen and there was a strong draft so that we had to put on the jackets. My wife ordered a glass of wine, and the waitress brought in 1/4 of a glass. We paid $14 for this wine. We’ve been to this restaurant before but that was the worst experience we’ve ever had. Very disappointing!

                          Server was disorganized and not very knowledgeable or helpful. Food was disappointing-chicken cutlet was so dry I couldn’t cut it with a knife and the spaghetti was clumpy and overcooked. Really disappointed.
