Initially in my reservation I said table no Booth and they planned to put us in a booth which was fixed!! All goods were running out often.. Set up was not good with desserts next to the omelet table and off to the side was the main meat which I noticed not many people heading that way and only 1 person making omelets and cutting meat doesn't work well!! The dessert table was a joke... Went up and hardly any left and what was there was flipped over and a mess.. Not desirable!! Server was not good at all... We were 4 at our table so of course little attention to us and most attention to the bigger tables... For the price and everything else can't say we would come back for a holiday brunch... Not pleased!!

The space looks clean and fresh. Food is good quality for the price. Service from reception to wait staff was equally underwhelming. It’s a challenging job no doubt. Hospility is not a strength for everyone. The reception and wait staff we had did not seem to have it. Seems to be a trend. Hopefully they stick with it and have good managers that can train them into it.

On special occasions suck as mothers day and fathers day, offer Turkey at the carving station. Many people over the age of 50 would enjoy that.

Food was descent. Place was loud and congested. Plates were only on one side of restaurant, which made it a pain when you wanted one thing on the other side of the restaurant. Food buffet layout was not great. Price was fine for what it was, but won’t be going again.

Food was mostly good, but I felt the set up of the buffet was really poor. They had it set so that people could use both sides of the table but that forced people reach across each other for things and there was not enough serveware to use so people were passing one back and forth across the table. Also, it was extremely crammed in the entire building and the back area where I was sat was about 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the restaurant. Everyone at my table was quiet uncomfortable while eating because of how crammed together we felt and how warm it was in there. Server was awsome though and kept apologizing for how warm it was.

The made the wrong entrée for one of us and didn't prepare my bison burger without mayo and cheese as requested. Had to wait for both to be remade.

I had a great experience. The Cinco De Mayo brunch buffet selections were excellent! The service was great too! Highly recommend!

Great service and good food. 1 member of my group didn't like her dish (chicken alfredo as it was super dry), the other dishes were good - 2 burgers and the pot roast. Food was taking a bit long to come our but our server keep us updated. The pot roast took so long to come out after the rest of us had our food the manager came to apologize and adjusted the bill. Things happen, but it's how the staff responds that leaves a lasting impression! Would go back!

Server was uniformed about Happy Hour, returned with incorrect drink order and then overcharged us for happy hour beer & she never clarified price differences. Disputed drinks on tab & she basically rolled her eyes. Terrible. She should be trained better, she seemed very uninformed about questions we raised defending herself.

I haven’t been to a brunch buffet in a long time and granite city really stepped up and took it to another level. I made a reservation- you should because seats aren’t guaranteed and I got to impress my friends with my choice of brunch places. Also their omelette station and cheesy hash browns are 10/10.

Food and service is always top notch. One of our favorite places to eat. Prices are reasonable. Selection of choices is amazing. The fish tacos are #1!! Jake was our server and he was awesome. Attentive and always one step ahead. Always look forward to going back!!

We had a 10 AM reservation and unfortunately the table wasn’t ready to go. There were “a lot of hockey teams coming in” so we were set to squeeze 6 into a booth. The server did help find a table for our group (the hostess seemed to be anywhere but working). Our server was extremely friendly and joyful which helped overall. Food was decent and at a good price. Overall, I’d go back - I do recommend hiring and training staff at the door to be more welcoming since they are the first to greet customer’s.

The food and service were good, but that's where it stopped. We were seated in a section that apparently they were closing down for the night (7:00pm). While we were trying to eat dinner and enjoy our conversation, the staff started flipping chairs over onto the empty tables and sweeping the floor around us. In fact, one of the staff that was flipping chairs backed into me while I was eating - no apology or acknowledgement. Plenty of other choices in the neighborhood. I doubt we will go back.

The food was great and it is nice to see a good selection of food and desserts! Our server Travis was attentive and friendly. We never had to ask for anything. Other staff were very pleasant as well. The only issue is how crowded it is and how many tables are squeezed in. I understand wanting to accommodate a lot of people for the holiday, but it is so hard to not bump into people sitting at their tables or to navigate from the buffet to your table. It also adds to the noise level when you pack so many people into a space.

My order wrong. We had three different white wait people , the waitress did not even write down the order. The service is very slow, but the people were friendly. Back at the day the food was really good , now not so much.
