Server kept mixing up the order. We had a party of 5 and the everyone's order came at different times. 2 people on our party ordered the same dish, and immediately after confirming the server then goes out to put one of the servings to a different table where the guests at that table proceeded to eat it. So again there was a long wait for one of the person in our party. By the time he got his food others had finished theirs. There was no apology from kitchen staff or management.

The service at Glenn's Kitchen was terrible; the restaurant was not open when we arrived, and the service staff was not very present; our order was delivered wrong, and our breakfast meeting ran over 40 minutes because the service was slow. Staff and management did not try to explain delays or correct order mistakes in a timely manner. It took 30 minutes to get coffee once I was able to get into the restaurant and be seated.

Southern hospitality was completely missing at our breakfast! Keep in mind that I visited the restaurant 3 days earlier to confirm my reservation and intent. Yet when I arrived the door was locked and nobody inside cared to let me in. I walked all the way around the windows and then returned to the door. The host appeared and I banged on the window. When I complained that I wouldn’t want my guests to have arrived with the door locked, she told me she would unlock it for me. Once seated, I was ignored for 10 minutes. Despite asking to a hot drink and water, had to wait another five. Then wait for milk. Then wait for a spoon. (Why didn’t I already have these things? It was like this the entire meal. One guest’s order was completely forgotten and had to be reordered. Portions were tiny. I ordered two breakfasts just to feel almost sated. Quality of the food was good. But experientially a huge disappointment. I stayed at this hotel during my last trip to Atlanta and had only great experiences. That was pre-Covid, which must have wiled out employees who cared. My last time visiting.

My breakfast came out and I finished eating mine before my daughters even came out . We both had waffles . Nice ambiance and friendly staff . Food was good once we got got it .

It was just ok. I didn’t realize the brunch menu ends at 11am (when our reservation was for) so we had to choose from the lunch/dinner menu which was pretty heavy and not so appealing to us. We went with some lighter items, but my son said the burger wasn’t that tasty and I didn’t like the Ahi tuna salad. Pretty restaurant and nice service. If I went back, it would be for the brunch.

Food was great but the service was not. We could see our server was busy, but once the food runners delivered our food, she never once stopped to check on us to see if we were happy with our food or needed more drinks. As a result, we got through dinner without wine or water. We still tipped generously as we could see our server was busy, but management should ensure that their servers have the capacity to provide adequate service. We certainly would have ordered another round of drinks and desert had we had the opportunity.

We loved our dinner at Glenn’s kitchen and our sever Tony was amazing. I had the cauliflower steak with added grilled chicken (Tony’s suggestion) and my friends had the filet special, the roasted chicken and the salmon. I tasted them all and they were delicious. We had the crab dip for an appetizer and it was great as well. Very convenient if you’re seeing a show at the Tabernacle, State Farm or Mercedes Benz. Highly recommend.

Our server, Tony, was on point! The ambience was lacking. No low light, no table lamps, no music, nothing unique. Food was extremely bland and lack-luster.

Great hidden gem in downtown Atlanta. Went for a business dinner and it did not disappoint. Be sure to arrive early so you can check out the hotel’s SkyLounge with 360 views of the city!

My parter and I were coming in for brunch- their breakfast ends at 11; so they don’t really do brunch. We were not greeted by the host after waiting aver 15 mins to be seated. Weren’t asked were we wanted to sit- so waited longer for them to clear the booth we wanted; but didn’t have much stuff on it. Server was very nonchalant in ordering. It felt like we were inconveniencing the staff. Had to ask for service pretty much most of our time. Seems like the culture there doesn’t really care about attentive service. Had two cheerleading groups served after us and gave them far more attention and served them more…and got their food after us. Food wasn’t that great especially at the price point given. Ordered shrimp and grits; they were very runny- not really that flavorful though it had spices in it. Partner ordered the veggie pasta- not a very flavorful sauce. Honestly, we should’ve left after having to wait over 20 mins for a table in a half empty restaurant.

I attended this restaurant with 2 friends and everyone agreed it was a great selection. Our waiter was very attentive and gave us some great suggestions regarding the menu. Our drinks an appetizer came out shortly along with our entrees and everything was flavored well. I will definitely go back to this place again

It's a good thing the chef David was there on Sunday, 1/14. I made 7am reservations well in advance, and at 7:20am David came out from the kitchen to make coffee, seat, take our order and serve us. Apparently there was a scheduling error and with the exception of David, no one showed up to work until closer to 7:45am. I appreciated management not charging us for breakfast, but if it weren't for David, I would have been looking for a lot more from management as we would have been late for the day's preplanned activities.

We have not been to Glenn’s in several years and chose to come back this trip for convenience. What a wise decision to start a new romance with Glenn’s. Service was excellent the the atmosphere was quiet, relaxing and far from the noise of so many other dining establishments. The food was just what we needed. One diner said his salmon was excellent served on a bed of rice. One diner loved his chicken served with loads of grilled veggies. Our salmon tocos were perfect. Nothing fancy about our food, no heavy sauces, nothing on the plate we could not identify. We had well prepared food and a comforting meal for us. Perfect! Glenn’s is on our list for our next Atlanta visit.

Second visit to Glenn's and both times we were waited on by DeeJay. If there is a better waiter anywhere, i haven't met them yet. Deejay is on top of your needs without being intrusive and his recommendations are always spot on!

I was very disappointed in the management of the restaurant. I made a reservation, arrived on time and no one greeted me as there was no hostess. The place was crowded and I waited about 15 minutes before I had to go and fine someone to complain about the lack of service. Servers walked right pass me and others behind me and no one inquired or asked are we being taken care of. After all of that, another server from bar came over and took two men to the table that they had bused for me. Just horrible and sad service. I will never have dinner at this hotel restaurant again as it is sad because the food and service I did finally receive was good. Even with great food, this is why so many restaurants fail, horrible management and attention to details.

We arrived after a walk from an event at the 'Benz' and were seated promptly. Seating was comfortable and not crowded. Our server took our beverage and appetizer order and disappeared for ten minutes. Our main course items included crab cakes, a dinner salad and fish tacos. We waited another 20 minutes for our food to arrive, but gladly the orders arrived at proper temperature and nicely presented. No one was disappointed. We asked for our drinks to be refreshed and for additional garnish for one of the entrees, but everyone was ready to leave after a very long delay before the requested items were finally served. In all, the food is well prepared but the service is quite slow, although cordial. There didn't seem to be a strong sense of urgency in providing service or keeping us informed about delays in responding to our needs. The menu items were a bit pricey compared to comparable providers in the downtown area, but some might find the qualify offerings worth the charges and delays. For us, the delays and the prices kept the rating no better than very good.

Rooftop bar is great for before/after dinner cocktail with excellent view of downtown. Restaurant menu offers a diverse selection without overextending. Service was exceptional - relaxed, attentive, and knowledgeable.

Ended up at Glenn's due to last minute search and they had openings. Good timing. Food is great, American with a southern twist. Service was flawless and the waiter was right on with his recommendations. Would definitely recommend for a great meal with a nice ambience.

The only issue we had was with the parking! We pulled in to valet - reservations were at 6:30 and they told us we couldn't park there! because it was only for Hotel Guests at The Glenn Hotel which is ridiculous! We then had to get back out into the football traffic and try to find a place to park and pay an exuberant price to park $20.00! We talked with several people who worked in Glenn's and they had never heard of this before and ended up comping a dish for us which we appreciated very much. But our suggestion to others who go to Glenn's: don't go when there's a Falcon's Game & call before you go to see where you need to park. The Sky Lounge is amazing - a must do!

We enjoyed a lovely, low-key dinner date here after the aquarium. Our waiter was friendly and knowledgeable and provided good recommendations. The Red Snapper and the Ribeye were both delicious and cooked perfectly. This may be my new favorite spot.

Ice cold shrimp and grits, had to wait 15 minutes for "reheated" plate while everyone else ate. Server took order and then never returned. Never got requested water refills.

We went here for our Anniversary. We had a fabulous dinner in the Dining room and then went to the roof top for cocktails. Very romantic and a great view!

Unfortunately the food was not what we expected. Very bland shrimp and grits, truffle fries were hard and dark brown and seemed to be fried in old grease. Wings also seemed to be fried in old grease and not edible. Ended up going next door . Service however was friendly and professional, but I would not eat here again
