Les amateurs de cuisine italienne peuvent se réjouir : la célèbre chef récipiendaire d'un Emmy Giada De Laurentiis a ouvert son tout premier restaurant, le GIADA, situé à l'intérieur de The Cromwell. Ce charmant restaurant à Las Vegas accueille les convives avec des couleurs chaudes, un mobilier confortable et un éclairage naturel grâce à de grandes fenêtres escamotables. Vous pourrez manger dans la salle à manger, dans le lounge ou aux tables côté fenêtres, pour profiter d'une vue imprenable sur les fontaines du Bellagio et du Caesars Palace. Le menu est composé de mets italiens avec de rafraîchissantes influences californiennes et propose des spaghettis au citron, du poulet cacciatore, des boulettes de poulet marsala aux fines herbes, des focaccia au romarin, du pain plat au citron et des rigatoni sauce bolognaise aux légumes. I live in LV and been here before but the food this time was not as good… not hot… ok but not great… but the service was outstanding… Rocco was our waiter and made it an enjoyable dinner .. just wanted some LV ambiance with the view but pretty overpriced will stick with what we know is good!

Our waiter Rocco was wonderful. The food was wonderful- wish we could have sampled more. Loved the window seat to see the Bellagio fountain!

Salad was a little flavorless and I had the chicken Marsala. While the sauce was good, the chicken was so over cooked, I was not able to eat it

Giada is a fantastic restaurant. Great table with you of the fountains. We ordered a variety of different things and were able to eat family style and taste many of your delicious food. We had a fabulous time.

Good food on the strip. Getting to this restaurant by car is a real challenge. Robo (No) valet. Parking lot sketchy at best. And costs $20(!). No walkway from the lot to The Cromwell which is what you have to go thru to get to the restaurant. Smoky, gross old school casino action. Not appealing! Food goes as such… big appetizer portions of OK quality items. Main courses much higher quality. Do not fill up on the appetizers!!! They will upsell you on add-ons. Do it, the scallops and shrimp are v good. So full we could not do desert which looked good. Big parties welcome. Extra $25 per person for window seat too. Ugh, moving on.

Service was ok. Not really friendly. Almost seemed bothered by requests. Waiter chased after us into casino thinking we didn’t sign the bill. Then he realized we did. He didn’t see the receipt. We won’t return.

This is one of the best restaurants that I have ever been to!!!! From the hostess who greeted us with warm smiles to the professional, pleasant and knowledgeable server to the others that assisted you couldn’t have asked for more. They all were working so attentively and quickly. The food was beyond our expectations. My only regret is that we couldn’t compliment the chefs ourselves. So amazing. Will return without a doubt on the next visit to Las Vegas.

The music was edm and fast paced. It made me feel rushed. My glass was dirty. Our drinks took forever. Our food nearly came before our glass of wine made it to the table. We were really looking forward to this meal. It was a little disappointing. The price I paid did not match the all around service.

I've been to several celebrity restaurants, and this is easily the best I've been to yet. We both had the tasting plates, and everything was delicious. The homemade pasta was perfectly cooked. Some of the dishes were a bit salty if I have to nitpick on something, but otherwise a great meal. If you go, expect to spend some money, but compared to other celebrity chef places, this one was actually worth it!

Very unsatisfactory experience. The food was really below ordinary. Almost like a TGIF of Applebees. We were there for Sunday brunch. The salads, waffle, pasta was really very ordinary. The price on the other hand was extra ordinary. Giada should really examine the quality and standards of these places. This was by far our worst dining experience in Vegas.

Always visit Giadas when we come to Vegas. The breakfast was great! There were 5 of us. Avocado toast was amazing. Blueberry pancakes with the lemon mascarpone cheese were insane. Very attentive staff and servers.

Great Location and we paid extra for the window seating. Overall, this does compare to other restaurants of this Genre. The Cromwell Hotel and Casino is divey when you enter, and there is no dress code. Literally no dress code in the casino or restaurant. Dinner guests in shorts, tee shirts and baseball caps. We walked through the casino, past bikinis and openly pot smokers. Feels dirty and low end. No tablecloths at the restaurant but the meal for 4 was $1000?

Our server, Nancie, was awesome. Also, the food was incredible. One of the best meals I've ever had in my life. I really enjoyed every bite I could possibly eat. The drinks were perfect, and the ambience was exactly the nice respite we needed from the hustle and bustle of the Las Vegas strip. We could see it all and stay removed, it was beautiful. I bet it's even more gorgeous at night.

Lovely experience all around. Delicious dinner and great service. And the best tiramisu I've ever had. For us it was worth the extra to sit at a window overlooking the strip, but it’s definitely a luxury expense to do that.

The food was good, not great and for that reason not a good value. But the reason for an overall 4 and not a 5, was the service, our table was 2 parties. Appetizers were brought out dropped on the table with no regard for who ordered what and not at the same time. What looked to one party as bread for the table was someone else’s appetizer but the other party had immediately started plating it, resulting in 2 of the 3 choices taken. Almost the same thing happened with the next appetizer trying to correct the waiter but he just dropped the appetizer and left, with one party catching his mistake. The wait staff was polite but just seemed untrained or unprofessional for an upscale restaurant.

We loved Giada on our last visit to Vegas 7 years ago and returned to find that it has maintained its quality. The drinks were well balanced and tasty, the entrees were perfect and the desserts had great presentation.

The food at Giada is delicious. We had the Lemon Spaghetti and it was delicious. Also had the Brussels sprouts and they were also delicious. We went with the server’s recommendation for dessert (an apple dish) and it was great too. The advice was great and the restaurant beautiful!

Overall a great visit. Unfortunately, everyone I talk to about the visit has to listen to me describe with disbelief that when I asked if we could get a window table I was told that was a $25 per person charge. Charge $2 a plate more. A usage charge has no place in the hospitality industry.

We were seated promptly at our reservation time. Nancy was our wonderful server. Very knowledgeable in the menu, attentive and a pleasure to talk to. The Casio e Pepe was delicious as was the Crostini. We had a view of the Bellagio Fountain. The atmosphere wasn't that loud which I appreciate on an otherwise noisy street.

Up charge for strip view was t worth it, we were at the end of windows, only one of us had a view. Our 2 top was crammed in and the ladies at the 4 top were very drunk and loud. Food was okay, forgot to bring our side we had to ask for it. Food was cold, overall disappointing. The first time we went (before COVID) was excellent. Very disappointed this time.
