Les amateurs de cuisine italienne peuvent se réjouir : la célèbre chef récipiendaire d'un Emmy Giada De Laurentiis a ouvert son tout premier restaurant, le GIADA, situé à l'intérieur de The Cromwell. Ce charmant restaurant à Las Vegas accueille les convives avec des couleurs chaudes, un mobilier confortable et un éclairage naturel grâce à de grandes fenêtres escamotables. Vous pourrez manger dans la salle à manger, dans le lounge ou aux tables côté fenêtres, pour profiter d'une vue imprenable sur les fontaines du Bellagio et du Caesars Palace. Le menu est composé de mets italiens avec de rafraîchissantes influences californiennes et propose des spaghettis au citron, du poulet cacciatore, des boulettes de poulet marsala aux fines herbes, des focaccia au romarin, du pain plat au citron et des rigatoni sauce bolognaise aux légumes. Le GIADA ajoute une touche plus légère à la cuisine italienne, tout en restant fidèle aux recettes classiques. We have the bacon wrapped dates and the specialty lemon shrimp spaghetti. We thought both were just ok in flavor. The dates are stuffed with sausage and we felt the sausage was tough. The lemon shrimp spaghetti was low on flavor.

I have eaten here many times before. I was very disappointed that my rigatoni was so mushy. I would have expected al dente pasta at a place like this. And I expect Vegas prices — but it was way overpriced for what you got. There are other places that you get higher quality meats and dishes for the same prices. I will say the 4 pieces of bread for $12 and the butter and oils that came with it were very delicious.

Tried her signature spaghetti very tasty my wife ordered the risotto only disappointment was no bread served, it was a fee now

Excellent experience, our server was great with us (Eddie), gave us great suggestions and always attentive. We where celebrating a birthday and the birthday boy had a glass of prosseco on the house.👌. Food was amazing.

My dining partner and I each ordered from the tasting menu so that we could share and taste a variety of dishes. The service was impeccable and the flavor of the food was incredible. Having said that, the fish, meat and pasta were not hot (luke warm at best)! We were warned that the plates were hot but unfortunately the food was not hot at all. This feels like a mis-step. I hope the chef can figure out how to rectify this problem.
