Les amateurs de cuisine italienne peuvent se réjouir : la célèbre chef récipiendaire d'un Emmy Giada De Laurentiis a ouvert son tout premier restaurant, le GIADA, situé à l'intérieur de The Cromwell. Ce charmant restaurant à Las Vegas accueille les convives avec des couleurs chaudes, un mobilier confortable et un éclairage naturel grâce à de grandes fenêtres escamotables. Vous pourrez manger dans la salle à manger, dans le lounge ou aux tables côté fenêtres, pour profiter d'une vue imprenable sur les fontaines du Bellagio et du Caesars Palace. Le menu est composé de mets italiens avec de rafraîchissantes influences californiennes et propose des spaghettis au citron, du poulet cacciatore, des boulettes de poulet marsala aux fines herbes, des focaccia au romarin, du pain plat au citron et des rigatoni sauce bolognaise aux légumes.                                                                           We’ve dined there twice before… in 2018 and 2019 and had wonderful dinners. Giada in 2024 is not what it once was. The restaurant is tired, the menu is reduced and the service was less than attentive. We had an appetizer, realized our mistake, paid the bill and went over Bellagio and sat at the bar.

                                                                          Front desk / host experience was sub-par. Took a long time to be acknowledged, the simple request for an extra seat was made to seem like a massive imposition. Sloppy & not very guest focussed. Once at the table service was incredibly slow. Had to ask multiple times for our server. Had to tell a staff member walking past we’re ready to order drinks. Then again when we were ready to order food. Drinks took very long to arrive. The shining stars here are the server’s disposition & the food. Both 10/10 and what we were expecting from an upscale establishment on the strip. Unfortunately all the other stuff lessened the experience for us. Definitely come for the food but manage your expectations about everything else.

                                                                          We loved the over all experience and paying the extra 25$ per guest was well worth it as the view was outstanding. Our waiter made an error which caused a 30.00 discrepancy between our check and the final sign off. When asked about this he informed me he accidentally attached another tables drink to my bill. This was concerning as the initial receipt was correct however after he ran it the latter for sign off was not. Our bill was not cheap and I didn’t appreciate this error. However, the food and the service was truly exceptional prior to this event.

                                                                          Went last year for a birthday and it was great, so my wife wanted to go again this year. First we ordered drinks and we recieved our appetizers and ate them and still no drinks. Had to ask again and finally recieved them 10 minutes later. Paid $112 for a burnt steak with no seasoning. Had to ask for seasoning to season the steaks at the table. One side was burnt and knife barely cut it. Broccoli was way under cooked. Dessert was great.

                                                                          Delicious, beautiful presentation. We got a window table wo paying extra which was a bonus. The restaurant week choices were perfect. I loved the scallop risotto and the lemon cookie was a perfect ending to a perfect meal. Fred our waiter was the perfect blend of available wo being annoying. Highly recommend

                                                                          What an amazing meal! Food and wine was excellent, service was awesome and the tiramisu was second only to what had in Italy! The only thing that would have made it better is if Giada sat with us for conversation and a glass of wine! :)

                                                                          I want to complement Lauren, our server last night, on her ability to make this a pleasant experience for us. She was a superb server with wonderful people skills. I have been to many restaurants around the world and she is by far the most skilled and delightful person in this job. Giada's food is always excellent. My only criticism is that the sound level is way too high - but unfortunately this is true of most restaurants.
