With a vibrantly colored indoor-outdoor dining room overlooking panoramic views of downtown Long Beach and the historic Queen Mary, Fuego is an amazing restaurant in Long Beach CA that specializes in mariscos (fresh seafood). Also featured is a generous array of antojitos (appetizers), as well as tacos, tortas and entrées by award winning Chef Victor Juarez.

The bar serves premium tequilas-the largest selection in the region-that may be sampled at the bar along with handcrafted margaritas and other signature cocktails.

The food was about a 5.5. Seafood enchilada. Not hot, the Adobe Shrimp dish. Shrimp was mostly not cooked and not hot . Ambiance nice outside over the water .

We had the best time for Mother’s Day! We had a seat with a nice view by the live music! The service was great, and my mom received a complimentary rose and discounted mimosa. The food was delicious and the cocktails were strong! The server was sweet and took some photos of us. My family enjoyed the whole experience!

They were blasting out music from a very bad speaker to the point no one can talk. Asked to turned it down but no avail. Food and he view were excellent

Thought Womens Mariachi group would be there in evening for my birthday celebration. Was told they only played for brunch. Recorded music on patio was so loud I could not carry on a conversation. Asked bus boy and waiter if it was possible to just turn down a little and was told many had asked but mamagement would not. Was unsetling and almost left but my friend had come from inland and was enjoying the view and the guac so we stayed but was disapointed at the lack of response in a venue that could be absolutely wonderful. The uncomfortable experience tainted our appitites so we had soup and sharred Brussel sprouts. No acknowledgement of my birthday that was indicated on reservation.

We enjoyed the Sangria, Spicy watermelon margarita and the Play Del Sol. My colleague was truly delighted with the Ropa Vieja and Plantains. He actually licked his plate clean and actually could’ve eaten more like 1 more taco. We also ordered the Mezcal Pollo and the Seafood enchiladas and another side of Plantains which we ate as appetizer waiting for our entrees.

The guys with glasses was our waiter. Poor service. Tried to charge me for a fountain drink 3times amongst other terrible service moments. Perfect ambience and food but terrible service with this SPECIFIC waiter

We went for Sunday brunch, weren’t expecting much due to the weather which was drizzling and initially had hoped to eat on their awesome patio. The service was excellent! Had drinks and crab cakes with a fresh arugula salad which was plenty to share for a party of 4. Best main IMO, grilled fish tacos. It was beautiful and moist and fresh and delicious! We will be back!

A wonderful place for dinner. Terrific views and delicious food! We enjoyed everything we ordered and portion sizes were very generous. We had the guacamole and salsa and the calamari for appetizers. Both were very good. We also ordered the Caesar salad which was presented uniquely. We loved it as it was very crisp and not overloaded with dressing. Our group had the short ribs, the Chilean sea bass and the crab and shrimp enchiladas. I can’t say enough good things about the enchiladas! The staff were all so wonderful too!

Sea Bass was a mixture of sauces fighting for attentuon, and fillet was such a tiny portion, left most of it. Everything else was decent but over priced.

Great view with a private feel! Celebrated my dad’s birthday and our sever was great in making him feel special. Cute little walk area that gives the classic Long Beach vibe without the crowd. Highly recommend!

Sunday brunch with the girlfriends was exceptional with the Mexican candy shot, Sangria, steak quesadilla, Machaca & eggs, Fish tacos, Viejo Roos, carne asada, queso dip and guacamole with the gorgeous view of the Queen Mary Long Beach. The service was attentive to our party. Our favorite restaurant in Long Beach.

Reservation was at 7:30 and it was so mellow! Loved the ambiance and the food was amazing. Celebrated a birthday and it was a lovely experience through and through.

I’ve visited this establishment several times I’m shocked my meal was not seasoned and bland. I’m he tacos needed season and the beef dish was also not tasty. The crack cakes were amazing, super shocked as my meals have always been delectable.

Fuego’s wonderful servers are gracious and professional. Sitting outside with the gorgeous view of the Long Beach skyline is a joy. The food on the interesting menu is all delicious. My only complaint is the price. It ends up being very expensive.

The service, the view, the food! It was just great! Drinks were delicious and came out quick. Our server Ricardo was kind and on it. I would definitely come back. I don’t care how expensive it was. Ha ha ! I recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing time. Btw, we sat outside.

Came here with a few of my girlfriends to celebrate my 50th birthday. They were very accommodating especially with the seating arrangement. We were able to sit in the cabana area which was still decorated in Valentine’s Day decor. Very cute. Our waiter was also very patient as he would come back several times and we weren’t quite ready to order. Overall, we enjoyed the delicious food and drinks. We all ordered something different and everything was wonderful. Can’t say what is good because ALL was very good. Ambience was what I wanted. Chill, quiet, cool, overlooking the water, and Seeing the Queen Mary in the background was a bonus. A great place for a celebration or a night out. Bravo.

Saturday night Reservations for 8pm didn’t leave till a little after 10pm. Menu wasn’t as selective as I thought it would be. We did 4 shareable plates which was perfect. the lady who took our drink order told us “I’m not your waitress but I’ll get your drinks”. She was really nice, but our drink (Paloma ) was really strong. we couldn’t seem to find our waitress / waiter, also didn’t know who it was. After waiting 15 minutes for any service, I had to ask for a change of drinks (coke) from a waiter from the nearest table. Unfortunately the heating lamp by our table went out and there was no one available to see if they can turn it on again. During our meal, we were not asked if anything was needed. I had to ask another waiter (different one from before) for a refill on our drinks (coke) and then ask another waiter for our bill. The kind lady that originally took our drink order was the one who brought out the bill and did validate our parking. Food was great, location was great, wish we didn’t feel forgotten since there were more empty tables than occupied ones.

We loved everything, the food, ambience and service. However,the gardener blew the leaf blower for a long period of time that was annoying. I guess because no complained to restaurant management, the annoyance continued. Do better for your level of service and ambient expected. Thanks.

We had my mom's 75th birthday party in the cabana and it was absolutely amazing! They provided a speaker to play our own music and allowed us to arrive 30-mins. prior to the reservation time to decorate the space. They provided heaters as close as they could due to safety reasons, and made it a comfortable and unforgettable experience for my entire family. Our server was incredibly attentive, as was the rest of the staff. The manager made a table touch and ensured that we had everything that we needed. The food and drinks were top notch and I would highly recommend this venue for a date night, corporate dinner and/ or any type of celebratory occasion. The view of the marina and the Queen Mary was the icing on the cake. 10 out of 10 recommend!

Food was outstanding, although it is pricey, you get what you pay for. Beautiful view over the water, weather was cool, but had outdoor heaters and was a beautiful afternoon.
