Effective 3/18/20 - The health and safety of our guests and team members is our highest priority. As a result, we will be temporarily adjusting our operating hours and have updated our practices for everyone's safety.

Pizza pies and craft beer is what we handle best. Individual brick oven-style pizzas with wood-fired crusts made with All Trumps flour, San Marzano tomatoes, whole milk mozzarella and house-made toppings along with Italian-inspired appetizers, pasta dishes, Panini’s and salads. Flour & Barley also features barrel aged & handcrafted cocktails as well as an extensive beer program with seasonal beers on draft and wine on draft.

The restaurant also features a 1,200-square-foot patio opening to The LINQ’s entertainment district, and a to-go window serving fresh-made slices, making it well situated to serve guests of The LINQ’s various attractions.

We were there on husbands birthday. Unfortunately waitress forgot about our meal. The appetizer arrived quickly but then the meal didn't arrive . When I asked she seemed not to concerned. Asked to speak to manager and she as well. No one told us what happened. I suggested the order may have been placed late and she agreed . Suggestions to fess up immediately and tell customer what happened. Not try to ignore situation. And on his birthday, really bad experience.

We both had pasta and salad which were all adaquate portions. The waitress was friendly enough and helpful

Always seem to go here for lunch on our visit. Had the Calabrese pizza, which was excellent. We also shared the kale salad. If you like mustard it was great, but I think they could come up with a better dressing for this salad. It was overpowering, and mustard for me only goes so far. Service was great. Sat outside which we love.

Second time eating here and it did not disappoint! The pizzas are so good! Our favorite was the parm! Garlic bread was also very good!

Great restaurant! Dined here twice in 3 day span. Busy in a good way! Food is generally good, however meatballs were totally cold during the second experience. Hostess at check-in is a rockstar. Recommend.

This is a great restaurant on the linq. We went here before seeing a show and also riding the High Roller. Of note, they are super Gluten Free friendly and have the best GF pizza!

Service was poor. Server never stopped at our table, only to take our order and get the check. Paid $8 for two soft drinks and got no refills since server never came over to check on us. Will not be coming back, too pricey for poo service.

Menu selection is limited, but the pizza was good, and price was fair for Vegas. Family friendly, including a kids menu. Would definitely go back for a quick lunch or dinner.

Had 5:15 pm reservations so that we’d be done in time for the 7 pm Mat Franco show at the Linq. Worked out great, as we were seated right away. You’d expect a pizza place to have some more Italian wine options (they have one Chianti on the menu), but there were some good cocktail options, and the pizzas were solid, with interesting choices that can be modified however you’d like. Service was friendly, and the kids menu items are a good deal (come with drink and ice cream). Vibe is that of a sports bar but a bit quieter.

We had a reservation for 12p. Arrived 10 minutes early. We were sat immediately. After sitting for 10 minutes without being acknowledged I had to flag down the hostess to ask if we had a server. She apologized. Said they had a table scheduling conflict and our server would be over shortly. Took another 2 minutes before the waiter showed up to our table. Food was good. Prices were decent.

Nice location. Friendly staff. Good service. Big Apple Pizza was excellent, nice crisp crust Quality pepperoni and cheese. Caprese salad was also great. Good portion size. Highly recommend.

We had dinner here before seeing a show. Two of us shared a pizza and a salad. Everything tasted good, nothing too memorable but we ordered simple. There were a lot of interesting sounding pizzas on the menu I’d like to try. Would definitely go back again.

Jose was our server and he was the best! He was very considerate of my food allergies which I highly appreciate. The gluten free pizza and garlic bread was sooooo good and thick! I also ordered the gluten free chocolate cake and that was delicious. Highly recommend this place!

The caprese salad was delish. We asked for sausage on the left side of the pizza, but it came out on the right. Our server was quick to fix the mistake 😕. Will be part of our rotation on our next trip. The whole staff was friendly and funny!

Great gluten free cheese bread and gluten free pizza. also very good pasta dishes which can be made gluten free if necessary. We had a party of 6 of which 3 have celiac disease. We dined there on Christmas night and the food was great! The noise level allowed for conversation between all six of us without having to shout. The service was great especially because it was pretty busy.

Our waiter Jared made this experience very enjoyable. He was attentive, friendly and efficient with our service. He was fun to talk with also. The chicken piccata was very good, actually all of the food was good. Although we find Vegas pricing extremely high almost everywhere, this restaurant’s value was above normal in comparison.
