Service was very good. Several of our steaks were tough, never had this happen before. Also, the portions on their salads have been noticeably reduced, given the price increases I would not expect the smaller portions.

The food here is the BEST FOOD I’ve ever had while vacationing in Vegas! The Host was polite, the Server was polite, she was very attentive, the food was EXCELLENT! Cooked to perfection! The vibe was so peaceful! The ambience was beautiful. 5/5 for sure! Me & my Mother really enjoyed it

Food and service from our waitress was awesome! Front desk folks need to be trained on being positive with customers at the door and when dropping off at table. You should want people to feel valued and that your people want them to be there and we didn’t get that feeling at all until our waitress showed up! She made it a great experience!

This is our third year dining at Flemings in Summerlin on Mother’s Day. All of our visits have been enjoyable dining experiences. This past Mother’s Day was no different. We had the best booth in the restaurant (I’m not telling which one it is). The service was amazing, allowing us to enjoy each course. My Mom praised the salmon, while I enjoyed the filet & lobster. As always we left with a bag full of leftovers and uneaten dessert.

Our server, Sarah, was simply outstanding. Her friendliness combined with her competence were the perfect match to make our dining experience very comfortable and enjoyable. Sarah took great care to make sure we were enjoying our food and drinks. Her hospitality was top-notch. We will be asking to be seated in her area the next time we dine at Fleming’s.

My brothers filet was over cooked on one side. And my husband’s ribeye wasn’t as tender as it should have been for the price. We were a party of 12 and it was his birthday. We’ve had better at Flemings. Been going there for years.

4 girlfriends celebrating a birthday was perfect in the bar at Fleming’s during happy hour! Very comfy in the booth, great food and drinks and our waitperson was busy yet very attentive. We’ll be back again!

Usually the food is spot on however this evening I ordered petite filet, medium rare, and a lobster tail. The tail was not cooked thoroughly and the filet was so tough I had a rough time trying to cut it with the knife. Cutting through a filet should be easy like cutting through butter. The baked potato side was fine. My husband had twin tails and said his was delicious. I did not complain or ask for the food to be redone. I’ll chalk it up to an off evening and try another time.

Celebrated my husband’s birthday, we had a great time. The entire staff from Valet, to waitstaff to Manager was amazing, friendly, competent and helpful. Food was excellent. We were seated at a great table accommodating a guest in a wheelchair and our large Service Dog. A wonderful Steakhouse without having to go to a casino. We’ll definitely be back. This was the best meal I’ve ever experienced at a Fleming’s steakhouse! My New York steak 🥩 was medium rare plus (exactly as I ordered)! Our waiter was perfect as well! :)

The food was great for the price, seafood tower is a steal, the crème brûlée was awesome. I just wish our server was a little more attentive. We spent $400 but was treated like we were trying to haggle the prices.

Fantastic birthday celebration with wonderful service from Sam. The starters from the Social Hour menu, crab cake bites and beef Wellington bites, were delicious. After that, we enjoyed a Wedge Salad which is the best in town. Serving it with a well chilled fork is a nice touch. The filet mignon was perfectly prepared and the onion rings and mashed potatoes paired very well. Finally, carrot cake was a sweet and delicious ending to a lovely meal.

We haven’t been here recently & will not return. My PRIME bone-in rib eye steak was at best choice grade. Tough, super fatty and not flavorful. I ordered it with the extra oscar. There was more sauce than crab, and not much crab, especially for the price.

From Checking in to the ordering was such a great experience, It was my wife’s first time eating at Flemings . We ordered the Prime Dry Aged Ribeye, The Crabcakes which was Amazing along with the house bread and Butter Combination and for the sides we ordered the Creamy Spinach, The Asparagus, and to compliment the steaks I got the seared scallops and my wife got the Oscar Style crab. If you have never been stop by make a reservation first it does get very busy. Monica our server was Stellar.

Ordered two , 16 ounce USDA rib eye . I am aware that ribeye is marbled with fat . After trimming off edible meat , on both steaks, possibly about 7 ounces of meat , the rest fat. Too expensive for this outcome. Disappointed Easter meal

JENNIFER was superb. Anticipating our needs and was respectful of our privacy at the same time!!! It was great to see my Good Friend Ray as an extra bonus!!!! We had a wonderful Easter Luncheon. The Gem Louie WAS perfect as was the Beef Tenderloin!!! Burrata tomato garlic appetizer was OUT OF THIS WORLD. Do not change a thing about it or remove it from the menu. It will be a summer staple for me at lunch!!! AND THANK YOU for continuing to serve lunch. It is a high point for me and my bffs to indulge over good food and wine in a service centric venue!!!

Easter brunch was delightful. The special menu was varied. We chose the Seafood Louis salad, homemade cinnamon rolls, and lime cheesecake. A tangy mimosa made with grapefruit juice, elderflower liqueur, and Prosecco was a perfect accompaniment.

The service was wonderful. Tiffany, the server, addressed us by name and then introduced herself. The food was wonderful. The service could not have been better. Sometimes you need to go a step above when deciding where to eat and last night they delivered.

Wonderful once again! We were out to celebrate our wedding anniversary and appreciated the excellent service. The food was amazing, and our server Sam was terrific.
