We ate a Flemings on May 31. My wife had the chicken, while my daughter and I each had the 8 oz. filet mignon and Fleming's potatoes. I also had the lobster bisque, which had a lot of lobster pieces in it. Our 2 1/2 year old grandson filled up on the bread. We were pleased with the food and service.

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing evening at Fleming’s Steakhouse Peoria last night. The food was outstanding, and it’s such a pleasure to see so many familiar faces in the management and waitstaff - Scott, Krystos, Terri, Jose’, Kyle, Steve, Berniece, Daniel, Evan, and so many more. Continuity of management and waitstaff contributes to the success of this restaurant.

My wife and I have gone to Fleming’s many times over the years and have never been disappointed until our last visit. We ordered a special they were running that we enjoyed last year and decided to get again this year which consisted of a 6 oz. Filet and cheesy potato. The top of the potatoes had a crust that was so hard I couldn’t cut it with a steak knife and was impossible to chew. My steak was over cooked to well done and the order was for medium rare. We ordered Calamari and a glass of wine each for a appetizer and the calamari came out within 5 minutes (not a bad thing) however the wine took so long we had finished with the appetizer before the wine arrived. We spoke with the waitress about the meal and told her to speak with the chef so he knows we were not pleased with the meal. She came back and said she told the chef and the manager. The manager never came to address the complaint and we left disappointed in our experience. We will return in the future and hope that this was a fluke and not a sign that they are not producing a top end product for the money they charge.

Went to Fleming's Steakhouse for the first time ever on Saturday around 5:00 PM to celebrate my wife's birthday. Greeting staff were pleasant and helpful. Our waiter was very good and attentive. The food on the other hand was less than desirable. We started off with Crab Cakes. They were mushy and could have probably spent another minute cooking. My wife had the petite filet mignon which she said was just okay. I had a Prime bonless rib eye. It was almost unedtible. I asked for medium and it was more on the rare side. That did not bother me as much as it was supposed to be a PRIME CUT and was extremely hard to chew. A bunch of gristle made it even hard to cut. I also had what Flemming's called bearnaise sauce which was nothing like a bearnaise sauce should be. Creamed Spinich was good but their North Atlanctic Lobster Chipolte Cheddar Mac & Cheese was virtually tastless. We did not have desert. I do not think we will go back again.

Daniel was our server and he was amazing! He helped make my dad’s birthday special. The food and drinks were great. I would comeback!

Nice restaurant. Lovely staff. Food was excellent. Mock tails are nothing special. Margaritas were very good. All in all a very nice experience.

We celebrated a fifth grade graduation last night at Flemings Peoria at our granddaughter’s request! Everything was just perfect thanks to their outstanding management and waitstaff - kudos to Scott, Kristos, Kim, Kyle, Berniece, Cesar, and so many more!!
