Service was EXCELLENT! Very attentive. Steak was delicious. Wedge salad was a favorite. Tomahawk Tuesday is a fun special treat, although it can still be pricey.

We came in for the Happy hour. My son wanted a burger and we heard the prime burger at Flemings was good. The burger did not disappoint. It was cooked and seasoned perfect. Better than Prarie grass’s in Northbrook. The onion ring was out of this world. Order a side as they’re a whole other level. The sourdough bread and butter offer a nice array of flavor with infused butters. A nice touch and different. We also ordered a Tuna tartare appetizer that was delish and beautifully presented. Pic to follow. So why the 2 stars. A meal at a restaurant is an experience. From the wait staff, hostess and management. I interacted with the wait staff and hostess. Very friendly and welcoming. Outside upon walking in. My son and I looked at the menu posted outside. The Burger was $16 during happy hour. The tuna appetizer was $17. I was charged $20 per burger and $26 for the Tuna appetizer. Upon getting the bill. I asked the server why the Tuna appetizer was $26 and not $17. I forgot about the $20 burger at this point. He said, that’s a different one. Yes, he said that, however when offering it vs the other one, neglected to tell me that it was 40% more. My bad for not asking. Upon walking out, we looked at the menu again on the wall. It clearly said $16 for a Prime burger. Look, you’re probably thinking. Come on, this is a gourmet restaurant. You should expect those prices. In an economy that’s increased supply chains and passed on to the consumer… Every dollar counts and you shouldn’t be charged more than what the menu says. I went back in and politely asked the very polite hostess why I was charged $20, when it clearly said $16. Instead of refunding me….She said, oh I’m sorry, they must of not updated the menu outside. This in my opinion is a lack of customer service. Even though it was $10 with tax and tip. It sincerely should have been refunded. Does Flemings have a good product? They do.

Food was amazing, Tomahawk could have had a bit less fat but that's not the restaurants fault.

The best filet I have ever had! Our waiter Jose made us feel like we were his only patrons! Outstanding service, hospitality, from the minute we arrived until we said Good bye! I would drive here again from Ohio just to experience this again! Thank you Jose for making me feel so special on my Birthday!

Went there for graduation and received a card along with a complimentary table photo. The service was quick without being overbearing. Food was phenomenal and fairly priced for the style amd quality of food being served. Portion sizes were appropriate, not huge but also not small. Overall, my experience was exceptional; I would absolutely reccomend.

I am not sure what happened to Fleming’s at this visit. For starters there was no available valet parking. Plus, the greeting at the door for my wife’s birthday was basically non-existent. The matre de did not exude Fleming’s normal high classiness. He wasn’t dressed the part. He said he’ll back and went to our table. I don’t know what he did there. The service was not the gormet like service like in the past. The $61 filet mignon had no taste. The waitress did not open and remove my wife’s lobster until she asked about 5 minutes later after she had already left the table. The seating in the restaurant was weird. The matre de sat everyone on the outskirts of the room and no one in the middle. It looked employ as a result. Tasteless food, no elegance, no upscale vibe…why did I bother spending so much money on my wife’s birthday this time at Flemings. I should have taken her elsewhere. This is the first time I’ve been at Fleming’s where they seriously missed the mark.
