I would like to thank the entire staff for helping me plan my engagement. I would also like to thank our server, Serena S. for making this such a special event. She went above and beyond and was incredibly thoughtful and innovative in making this a very special evening for us. Serena, I cannot thank you enough!!!!

We love going to Fleming’s because we can always count on phenomenal service and fantastic food. Our server, Sarina, was great. She was helpful, kind, and attentive. The management that came by was also very kind. We were celebrating my son’s 14th birthday and they made it very special for him. The steaks were great and so was the calamari!

Fantastic experience. They were so nice to our children. Service was great, atmosphere great, food great. Really enjoyable, a bit pricy but memorable.

Everything about this place was horrible. The staff was not trained, knew nothing about the food, wine was a disaster with dirty glasses and a decanter 3 times. Did not know how to open a bottle of wine. The management paid zero attention. There was no staging of plates everything served at the same time and then kept hot which ruined the food. When cleaning the table between courses all crumbs were swept to the floor. Nice staff but with zero training. For a steak house this is a zero and we will tell our friends and never return. Value for money was throwing money out the window. This place will not stay in business unless their customers either don’t care or too uninformed to care. If a rating can be less than zero this is it.

We came last night for my boyfriend’s birthday and wanted to enjoy a special dinner. Our favorite type of steak is tomahawk and we have had bad luck lately getting it cooked right while we’re out. We were really hoping it would be perfectly cooked medium - unfortunately it was served well done. While it was redone it was quite raw but we didn’t want to send it back bc we were starving. Our drinks were slow. Although they were comped we will probably not be back.

This restaurant strives to be a high-end dining experience despite being a chain. Unfortunately, it falls short. My spouse started with an unremarkable Fleming salad. I started with a decent onion soup. It's not the best I ever had, but good nonetheless. I did find it a tad over salted. The fresh warm bread was very good, as was the flavored butters. Then things fell apart for me. I ordered a petite filet mignon medium, and it came well done. While staff went into damage control, the wait for a replacement was ridiculously long although steak finally came out as requested. I watched my wife finish her dinner and she did the same for me. They did comp a good part of our meal but when you claim to be a steakhouse you need to do it right the first time. Our server was sweet and attentive and, sadly, was the best part of our dining experience.

I ordered two cocktails, it was the best expresso martini I've had in months. Then I shared the burrata with prosciutto for an appetizer. It had so much flavor and very light before a heavy meal. The next course meal was the BBQ glazed Salmon with a side of creamy spinach and loaded potatoes. It was the perfect pair. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a date night, birthday or anniversary. I'll be back during the summer time.
