Everything was great. Service staff was attentive and friendly. DJ, our waitress,made sure our food was delivered at a perfect pace, food was cooked to perfection. And the lobster mashed potatoes were exceptional.

$220 later and the food was good but it was not worth the cost. I should have listened to those that warned me. We could have had a far better steak somewhere else that would have been cheaper.

Food remains high quality but pricing is up, portions are down. Service is nowhere near where it used to be. This is not unique to this establishment but at their price point needs to be prioritized. This location has declined consistently since chef Devon left.

We have visited Flemings several times, our experience this time was not so great. The management staff were really helpful after they cooked my husband’s steak to the wrong temperature… but the waitress seemed quite clueless most of the time. The sides were not that great, Brussel sprouts had a strong vinegar taste like they were not cooked long enough, and the potatoes were dense…The onion rings were great though. After dinner the waitress did not ask if we wanted desert, just gave us the bill and sent us on our way. Definitely not pleased at our experience this time.

I love Fleming. It’s a great chain. I was a little upset this evening. I enjoyed a filet mignon while catching up with an old friend and it was slightly tough since I was out, catching up. There is no need to be a pest and send it back. I would like to see better quality next time.

We were visiting from NY and dining with friends. There were very few patrons dining and drinks took an extraordinary long time. We went through 3 baskets of bread before our food came. The sea bass was lukewarm and the greens had a putrid flavor. The Fleming salad was wilted and unappetizing. We passed on dessert but were presented with two boxes of chocolates which were delicious. The steaks were served the correct temp and enjoyed. Pass on the Mushrooms, they were meh.. The decor is tired and screams 1990. I would not recommend.

We went there to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday and they were great. There was a birthday card on the table with star confetti. The staff was excellent and very appreciative for us coming to celebrate at their establishment. It was costly, but well worth it.

The food was sub par. My husbands steak was such poor quality. My salmon was raw. The Flemings potato recipe has changed. Our waitress Laura was amazing. Will not be back.

Only so many times to continue a pattern of poor service Livonia location is far better but I’m closer to Birmingham however it started with ruining my delivery with no remorse then on my birthday dinner I was presented a dessert menu vs the usual box of truffles the last straw was coming by to try the fall menu and being served salad that had lettuce that looked like it came from the bottom of the bag not to mention no bread and butter was provided to the table as normal either. Please review and improve. #DININGWITHKIM

For a steakhouse that has been around for years, I expected better. Granted I went on a Monday evening close to closing, so I doubt they had their A-Team. My server was very kind and helpful throughout it all; however, there were several large mistakes to be aware of. 1) Acknowledging that a Tomahawk by trait is a highly marbled cut of meat, over half of my steak was a chunk of inedible fat - in one chunk - should have had better cuts. 2) I asked for my steak black and blue, additionally acknowledging that very few steakhouses can do this well, I expected rare and it was medium rare at best. 3) I ordered lobster Mac and Cheese and received lobster mashed potatoes (this was remedied, but a warning for those expecting delicious cheesy pasta and getting something different). And 4) when paying, I was charged for another tables bill after initially being handed my correct bill - what was swiped for was different (again, this was fixed, no major issues). Overall, I ate and don’t like to cause problems and was quite hungry. I understand sometimes we all have bad days, but for a “premier Birmingham Steakhouse” that has been open this long, they should be wired tight.

This was our first trip to Fleming’s and it was a bad night for a celebration. We waited over 30 minutes after salads for our steaks. My husband’s was cooked right, mine was overdone. Mine ent back to the kitchen, but the replacement took another 30 minutes or more to come from the kitchen. My husband was already finished The manager apologized for the delays, and overcooked When the replacement finally came back it was over cooked, and a tough steak. The manager was very nice during all of this, but it ruined a celebration dinner. She did give us gift cards, and returned with another steak while we were waiting for our boxes. We took dessert and the new steak home, but the waitress forgot our boxes until we ran her down. She forgot them, and had to retrieve them. This was another 15 minutes. The manager was very gracious, and we were not charged but I left hungry, and we were there too long

Enjoyed the tomahawk steak with my wife which was more than enough to split between the both of us. The blueberry lemon drops are the best I’ve ever had and consistent every time! They even came by to take our picture for her birthday. We’ll definitely be back for all birthdays and anniversary’s like we always do! Great memories and experiences every time

All of the food was outstanding. The service was attentive without being intrusive. Very nice ambience and quiet enough to be able to talk quietly. Definitely our favorite local steakhouse.

Great experience. They offered a champagne toast for our anniversary, a card, a photo, cute table decorations and a little treat to take home. The server was attentive and the manager was friendly and accommodating. All around terrific date night experience. Thank you!

The best steaks in town. Flemings knows how to prepare and serve an excellent steak. Highly recommend Fleming's potatoes and sweet chili calamari. Staff is friendly and courteous. Our waitress, Laura, was attentive and helpful.

We had absolutely amazing service. Every single person treated us so well. Unlike anything I’ve experienced from other restaurants.

The staff and service was phenomenal. From the moment we walked in and were greeted at the door, to the team of servers, and particularly our primary server. The food was outstanding in every aspect. Served timely, well portioned, all very flavorful. This was our second time at this particular Flemings did not disappoint.
