Récemment rénové, First & Oak est situé à l'intérieur du charmant Mirabelle Inn. Le Chef exécutif Steven Snook vous propose un éventail de tapas caractérisés par leur saveur et leur finesse. Offering choices for each course, this menu captures the level of technique being employed by our kitchen team each and every day, and allows guests to engage with our service team to create a casual but elegant dining experience. The Chef's Tasting Menu is the signature dining experience at First & Oak - highlighting our most seasonal preparations, featuring produce from the farms in Santa Ynez Valley, seafood from off the California Coast and other local specialties. Chef Ivan Coronel and his team's level of execution and attention to detail is apparent in every dish, offering delicious menu options for each course, allowing guests to engage with the menu each night. Wine pairings are offered along with the Chef's Tasting Menu on a nightly basis. Everyone there was so wonderful! My husband and I were celebrating our 20 year anniversary and we saw this amazing table that was going to be open in a half hour so everybody accommodated us gave us little starters so we could have our three course meal at this amazing table. Then the rest of the evening was amazing. George was our server who couldn’t have been nicer plus the Assistant Manager coming out, Julio, to make sure my dinner was perfect to the matrix who seated us. Thanks everyone! Christie and Joe

We did the 3 course menu and everything was delicious with interesting complex flavors. We started with the cauliflower and asparagus, then the mushroom risotto and branzino, and finished with the passion fruit tart and chocolate & honey. Every bite was perfect! The visual presentation was also beautiful. Even the bread was amazing

We dined at First & Oak on a quiet Monday evening. Each of us choose a different selection so we could share and taste it all. We opted for the five course menu and really liked the kimchi cracklins’, poached asparagus, scallop, and both 4th course entrees. We had a local Pinto Nior from the Pence winery. The services was on very timely without making us feel rushed.

Such a delicious experience! 5 courses with a wine pairing, well worth it. One of the only times I’ve left full after a coursed dinner. Most of my past experiences have had very skimpy plates. Not here though. They did an amazing job 👏🏼

Six of us had a lovely "Cinco de Mayo" dinner Sunday night!. We all ordered variations of the 3 course tasting menu. Food was fabulous! Service was very attentive and top-notch. An enjoyable time was had by all!

We ordered the five course tasting menu with the wine pairings. Highly recommended and I think it's a great value for all you get! The wine selections were international, and well-paired. The dinner was delicious, especially the lamb confit, it was outstanding!! Friendly service. We will certainly go back next time we're in town.

I had the tasting five course dinner with a bottle of the Pinot Noir Coquelicot (red poppies) which is made by the restaurant as well. The food was superb, the service was impressive. Wonderful experience.
