Firefly Restaurant est ouvert en janvier 2002 et est vite devenu l'un des restaurants plus uniques et plus respectés à Studio City. Firefly allie parfaitement le raffiné et le rustique, le rétro et le contemporain. La « Bibliothèque », le bar, la salle à manger extérieure et plusieurs terrasses offrent un espace qui est chaleureux et accueillant, confortable et animé. Firefly est à la fois un restaurant de quartier et un établissement gastronomique.

The ambience, appetizers and cocktails? All amazing. Definitely order the Spanish octopus and the caviar if you’re feeling fancy. The barrel aged Old Fashioned can’t miss and the sticky toffee pudding dessert is to die for. The entrees are just…okay. I wish their steak frite was better. Fries are great but the steak itself is pretty bland :/

Food was cold, stuck at the bar for 45 mins while we waited for our table to be ready, given a free drink for the delay but it was all mixer, we ordered Brussel sprouts but received Bok Choy… I guess green is green.

We used to love FireFly but not sure what happened. Food this time ranged from poor to great: - Tuna Tataki: EXCELLENT 5 Stars - Baguette: EXCELLENT 5 Stars (even if over priced) - Filet Mignon: GOOD 4 Stars - Mushroom Pappardelle Pasta: Average 3 Stars (too rich and one note) - Chicken: Below Average 2 Stars (dry and one note as well) - Salmon: Poor 1 Star (the za’atar sauce was overwhelming and not matching to the meat) - Cod: Average 3 Stars - Broccoli side: Poor 1 Star (again the za’atar sauce was overpowering and no one ate the broccoli) - Smashed potato side: Below Average 2 stars (nothing cravable or special) - Desserts: Below Average 2 Stars (like above, nothing cravable or special, which if you ask me is what dessert should be...) - Service: Average, Attentive and very polite and helpful - yet rushed (I only knock them because they told us they would stretch out our order but we should place appetizer and dinner now - dinner came out right after appetizer, so we felt quite rushed) - Total tab was $605 for 6 but only 4 people only had 1 drink (other 2 were kids) - 5 of us had upset stomach afterwards, 2 of them quite severe (Peptobismol-worthy). The one who didn't get an upset stomach only ate steak and bread (kid). Overall, ambiance is great and food was better the last few times we went, but won't be back any time soon after this experience.

We went for my husband’s birthday and it was a wonderful experience. We loved the ambience, food and service. Prince Edward Island Mussels and Lamb shanks were our favorite.

Came for dinner with five people and everyone was raving. How beautiful! Such great server and manager! This is, this is and this is delicious!!!!! Highlights. Free glass of wine for all. Tuna Tartar. Hamachi crudo. Brussels sprouts, lamb shank. Le petit Steak, mushroom pasta, Le Petite Gateau (choc cake). !!!!!
