Wonderful restaurant and food, but, a little slow to get drinks and food, and when we got our checks, we were not told there would be a 3.5% charge added to pay with a credit card. But food was amazing, ambiance perfect, and wait staff kind and attentive.

The restaurant is fun and beautiful. Our server was very attentive and friendly. This is a mixed review…my entree of grilled grouper was perfectly prepared. I loved every bite! My husband had the spicy tuna roll which he enjoyed-wasabi wasn’t hot enough for him. His entree of scallops was good but three scallops for $40+ was ridiculous. So ask about the entree before you order.

This was our 5th time dining with you. It’s become a yearly tradition because we love it so much! The venison and asparagus were cooked to perfection and the accompanying smoked Gouda grits were so flavorful and smooth. The rack of lamb with couscous and tart cherries was slightly sweet, so tasty, and beautifully presented. We opted for the lightest airiest chocolate mousse and were again pleased. Thank you again for the best food, hands down, in PCB!! We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Firefly exceeds all expectations! Ambiance is fantastic, service from Jeremy was beyond anything we could’ve asked for. We ordered the bruschetta which was FANTASTIC! My husband got the venison and I got the salmon both were to die for. I can’t wait to come back and try more items.

We got put in the overflow room to start. It was Mother’s Day and we were part of two couples. We ordered appetizers and salads to start with. The flow of those seemed rushed. We order 3 of the 8 oz filet plates and 1 crab cake appetizer. I was watching when our food started coming out and the server put two plates on another table. When those patrons realized the plates weren’t there dinners, the server took the plates out of the room to an area where they were sitting in the open. When I questioned the server and one manager, they took one plate away. The server then brought out 3 plates and my wife was left waiting for her dinner to come. The question I’m left with, who was served the other plate that was brought out. This was completely unacceptable for my party and there wasn’t a proper response from anyone in management that reflected the lack of proper customer service for what should have been a special dinner for my wife.

Hello Our experience as honest as i can make it is this; the venison i ordered came lukewarm almost cold .. I wanted to have a glass of wine with my meal and it took 20 minutes to flag a waitress down who wasn’t ours and it took another 10 minutes for our waiter to get the message and get the wine. i thought that was bad enough but i requested Cream Brûlée and that took 17 minutes. How i wish i knew his name. For $167.00 .. i had rather have gone to Waffle House on our anniversary.. at least the food would have been hot! and the coffee would have been served in 5 minutes or less …. we will definitely not be back .. At one time my wife and i looked forward in going … NOT anymore !

We came for Mother’s Day and it was absolutely phenomenal. We’ve been several times before and has been a moth prior for our 9 year wedding anniversary and that was great and kid free. But this time we brought our autistic son. Our waiter made him feel just as special for his first time dinning at a fancy restaurant which made us so happy. And that she crab soup is always to die for.

Several people told me Firefly was the best food they ever had! Our experience was the exact opposite. We had Grouper and the stuffed filet. Grouper taste so fishy my wife couldn’t eat it and they offered anything else as a sub but not a refund, poor decision! The filet had too much of a cheesy taste that wiped out the taste of the steak! I wouldn’t pay $50 much less $180 we were charged.

Beautiful restaurant with good wait staff but on a Thursday evening the wait time for each course of our meal was 30-40 minutes each…. Ordered an appetizer that took awhile to get, then our salads took another 30 minutes and our entrees took 30-40 minutes after that. Extremely slow service when paying over $100 per person. We weren’t in a rush but with a 6:30 reservation we didn’t expect to be eating our entrees at 8:30 PM. The food was good but not excellent and I doubt we’ll be back.

This place is a must. We ordered the she crab soup, it is out of this world. My husband and I both got steaks, they melt in your mouth. We also enjoyed two sushi rolls and a couple drinks. 10/10 we will be coming back.

All the drinks and food were excellent, my wife got sushi and I got the ribeye. The Brussel sprouts were awesome and that was the best wedge salad we've ever had. Shamar was our waiter and he was extremely attentive and polite, we'll definitely be back.

I had ordered the pepper encrusted filet mignon. I didn’t eat but a couple bites cause I took the rest home and when I got home, I noticed that the steak had these very thin membranes in between the meat you could pull it apart. It was extremely gross. I called the restaurant and let them know that it was not a good cut of meat. The manager helped me and refunded the money so that was very kind of him and the right thing to do…firefly is a great restaurant. I would definitely go again and try something different. 👍🏻

The only good thing about this restaurant was our waiter! He was amazing, but the food was terrible! My food was nothing like described and tasted so bad! I had to eat my husbands food which wasn’t much better, but wasn’t disgusting. I spoke to a manager about it and he said he would let the chef know, but then just walked away.

We had the best swordfish we’ve ever had. We’ve eaten it many times in our lifetime, mostly when living in Mexico. We have become accustomed dry and firm swordfish and rarely order it for that reason. Here, it was tender, juicy, and delicious.

We were very pleased with our first visit to Firefly. The atmosphere was nice, the service was great & the food/drinks were amazing. If we’re ever back in PCB, we will definitely come back to Firefly.

Our food was not hot. Calamari was greasy and soggy. Steak and grouper were only warm. Steak was not cooked to the requested temperature. The She Crab soup was the only winner! We were not offered any drink selections and had water only. Beautiful restaurant as a attentive staff, not sure where the breakdown was.

Always outstanding. We sat at the bat and had great service. Drinks were fantastic. For dinner we had the she crab shop, sushi and the venison.

It was amazing! Anytime we are in PCB, we will be at the Firefly. The ribeye was absolutely the best I have ever had!!

The food was phenomenal! Best steak my boyfriend and I have ever had! Food was truly just out of this world! Our waiter,Wade was also amazing! He made the entire experience exceptional! We will definitely be back every time we come to PCB!

This is the place to eat in Panama City beach!!! Sushi is amazing the Caesar salad is too notch … service was excellent and the ribeye was amazing.. can’t say enough about how great it is.. the owner is there making sure everything is up to high standards.. I’ve always eat there when I’m PCB and I’m always amazed how well it is!!!
