The interior accommodates up to 150 guests, while a sun-drenched patio introduces our first dedicated outdoor space. Like all of our coffee bars, our coffee program at Sycamore encourages a connection to each cup, whether an individually prepared V60 pour-over, cold coffee on tap, or a classic latte. Espresso-based drinks create the foundation of the menu, while a rotating cast of single-origin offerings, some of which will be specific to Sycamore, will offer guests a unique and seasonally changing coffee experience.While pastries are available throughout the day, during the morning guests are greeted with house made sourdough bagels, croissants and cinnamon rolls, along with breakfast sandwiches and Straus yogurt with granola.
